Great Beach Getaway

Love Beach Colony Resort, and this is a great 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo. Plenty of room with a well stocked kitchen. We loved the large balcony and can’t wait to return next year!

Condo was well stocked. Had a great view. Grocery store and restaurants not far away. Had one problem with the dishwasher and it was resolved very quickly! Would definitely stay there again!!

July 4 visit

My family came down for the July 4th weekend. The condo was very clean with plenty of room for us all. The furniture was very comfortable. We had a great view of the beach.

The Patterson's Spring Break

Was a wonderful place to stay, felt very safe with the gate out front. We will be back for sure! The only complaint we had was not accommodating enough toiletries for the length of the stay.

We had a beautiful ocean view. As the pictures show, The neighboring building is close to the balcony, but it kept the balcony shaded, which was nice.When we called the management company, they were very nice, professional, and quick to respond.

Perfectly at home

This rentals was probably the best rental we have ever stayed in. It had everything we could have needed. It was so roomy, clean, and organized. We felt perfectly at home, if the weather would have been a little warmer it would have been the perfect spring break experience.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Condo was spacious, sound proof, and beautiful! We loved the balcony! It made it seem like you were at the beach the whole time. Our kids loved the jacuzzi bath tub. The pool was huge with lots of seating. We also enjoyed seeing the dolphins from the balcony. The beach was a short walk away and was convenient going back and forth. Lots of restaurants, the pier, and cute shops near by. Hope to stay again next year and make more memories in beautiful Navarre.

Pros: location is great, very short walk to the beach! Huge pool. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of space in the unit. Cons: the unit is dated and shows its wear in areas. It could use a deep cleaning. There was a lot of sand in the unit when we arrived. The A/C is limited so that it can’t be set lower than 70 but does not even get down to 70. Most of our stay it was 71 or 72 in the unit. For the day, this is fine but at night our family sleeps very hot and this was a bit uncomfortable. If setting up your own stuff on the beach, people get down there at 5:30a every morning… by 6a the “front row” is full.

For a balcony it was large and had outside sitting area along with a large table for meals facing the ocean along with the pier, Views are beautiful . Kitchen had everything I needed from cutting board to a pitcher for tea.
