This luxury GULF FRONT 3rd floor condo with 3 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations, the only onsite property management company at Beach Colony Resort.

Resort Amenities include gated entrance, pool, fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with three well furnished bedrooms; 1 king sized bed in the primary ensuite, 1 queen bed in the second bedroom, and 2 full sized beds in the third bedroom.

Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings or dining on the balcony.

You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the largest and most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view.

The well furnished kitchen includes dinner and drinkware, cookware and more. Small appliances include Keurig AND traditional type coffee maker, crock pot, toaster & blender.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value. Additional chairs and umbrella sets can be rented on the beach from LaDolce Vida.

Guest will find a complimentary gift and three (3) parking permits upon arrival in the unit.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green ater. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact your host 3 days in advance of your arrival.

Rules and Restrictions:
-Large groups or parties are not allowed in the unit. Maximum occupancy is 8 at all times.
-Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.
-The exterior front door area is monitored by a RING doorbell camera for security and unit/building rule compliance.
-Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay in 3C! Linda was very responsive and check-in and check-out was smooth. We loved the amazing pool and beach view! We will be coming back to Beach Colony next year!

Great place to stay 2023

Overall nice place. Issues, no blinds in living room made it difficult to watch TV until sun was fully up. Only summer weight blankets and no spare blankets. Thermostat pre-programed and changes didn't stay overnight, the need for extra blankets. Master bath shower is not visually separate from toilet. Positives:. Clean, nice view, nice prop

Having the 3rd bathroom was a bonus so grandkids could have their own. Always carts available when needed. We did find on check in that some cleaning was missed such as some trash left under bed and coffee pot not cleaned. Minor details. Kids wished there was an ice cream scoop! Haha. Extra linens for pull out sofa was not located but turns out we didn’t need. Extra pillows would be a nice thing to have for some but we are used to bringing our own. Hangers!! I always pack some but to not have any in master closet was a surprise. But. On of this would keep me from giving it a 5 rating. I do wish we had known to call ahead and reserve front row spots for the 2 chairs that come with the condo.

Sometimes they can be a little rude when you get chairs with your room, but these guys were great and very friendly. I will def be coming back here and booking with Navarre Beach Vacations.

This is our 5th year in BCW3cWe did have a few issues that we have not had in the past. There are some upgrades that need to be made. Kitchen was not fully stocked as it’s been in previous years. Both couches need replaced. It was very difficult to get out of and uncomfortable to sit on. Hot water was not a quick or consistent in the master shower. There are 2 chairs at the dining table that have loose/broken legs. We have always loved this unit, but will need to look elsewhere if the furniture is not replaced. The table lamp by the couch was missing. Could only use the ceiling light. We did not call the rental group while there bc these are issues that take time to replace.

Family Vacation

The property was amazing. We loved the fact that there was a bathroom for each couple so the three women all had a bathroom to get ready. Beach wasn’t crowded at all and we loved the location.

Perfect Getaway!

The condo was about perfect- clean, updated, right on the beach with amazing views. The bedroom set ups were perfect for my family as well. The resort was quiet, clean and pleasant as well. Staff we encountered were all very friendly and Linda was very quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be back- already looking at dates for next year! The only recommendation we would make would be new bed pillows. Thanks so much for a family-favorite getaway!!

Overall a Great Place

We loved the location and beauty of the decor. Have been vacationing to Navarre Beach for over 40 years. Now that my husband and I have our own family of adult children we've started our own tradition of just our family not including extended. This being said you notice different things that newcomers might not notice. Like I said we really did love the place but a few things could be looked at for future renters. The stove seems to be a little slow in preheating and even the stovetop takes a while to heat. Shower pressure in the master bath isn't real strong. I would probably replace some of pans in the kitchen or suggest people bring their own. Really scratched up and worn out.

Great balcony and location

We would definitely stay here again it was the best of both the hotel/Vrbo worlds! Pool was cold and they have no recycle that I found - only negatives.

Beautiful location 3rd floor right above pool

Very clean. Safe secure environment.bare bones furniture. Showers need grab bars. Light fixtures in living area are very dim. Need a lamp there. Sliding door windows are without drapes making it very dark and cold in winter time. Lovely balcony. Master bed very firm. Bed pillows very old and stained. Kitchen very nice. 3rd floor excellent location

Nice Place

If your looking for a very nice beach location and equally nice accommodations this is your place. Condominium is nicely updated in the kitchen and bathrooms, tile flooring, new appliances, great beach access, large clean pool, 5 min walk to pier, view from the 3rd floor was perfect, Linda was great to work with and she reserved a spot for my oversized vehicle prior to our arrival. Overall, great value compared to other places between Gulf shores to Destin. Exterior property maintenance was being performed daily on neighboring building but it had only minor noise pollution.Navarre beach won’t disappoint if your looking for a bit less on the activity side and more on the pool/beach experience. Ocean water is still warm!!

Everything was nice. New paint and kitchen upgrades were nice. Two suggestions- up date picture on website- porch furniture is drastically different and The master toilet needs replacement parts.

Perfect family location

Beautiful property! Love the views! Easy access to local attractions. Beach service is a nice bonus with beach chairs. Kids enjoyed snorkeling and finding shells on the beach. Loved seeing the dolphins in the distance from the balcony in the morning. Overall very relaxing trip.

3C Summer of Fun

The check in process was horrible with everyone coming at the same time and hoarding the carts, and the elevators were so slow for checking in. However, condo 3C was clean and roomy. The furniture and rooms inside 3C were updated, clean and comfortable. The master bedroom needs a fan because it was really hot. The kitchen could use some new baking pans, but it was well stocked other than that. The 3rd floor location over the pool was great. We’ve been coming to Navarre with our parents and extended family for over 30 years, and it has never been as crowded as it was this year. Also, my parents who are in their 70s were visiting and singing with their grandchildren one rainy afternoon at 6:00pm, and the security guard said we were breaking the noise ordinance and tried pushing his way into our condo (which was stated that it didn’t begin until 10:00pm). I commend the management for handling it and saving our vacation with our parents and children. The rest of the week was great. With extended family having multiple units at Beach Colony we were able to compare different units and the condo 3C owners keep their condo very nice compared to other units!
