Welcome to The Joseph Cottage! Step into eclectic charm and character, when you book this historic and newly renovated bungalow! Centrally located and only 2 miles from the magic of Downtown, it's the perfect quiet retreat to enjoy after a day of exploring the sights and sounds of Nashville!

The Neighborhood:
We have wonderful neighbors all around us, and we ask that you be respectful of your noise levels late at night when on the front porch or on the back deck so as not to disturb them. This darling home is located in a sought after pocket of vibrant East Nashville called McFerrin/Cleveland Park, you'll be just blocks from some of Nashville's best restaurants...The Pharmacy and Red Headed Stranger, just to name a few. You'll be just down the street from East Nashville's Five Points area, and only 5 minutes from Downtown with easy interstate access to tons of other great neighborhoods.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
