Location! Location! Just a short walk from Flagler Drive and the Intracoastal, this private home is within minutes of downtown West Palm Beach and the causeway to Palm Beach. Our three-bedroom, newly decorated house comfortably accommodates six guests. Within minutes, visit the Palm Beaches, Ribovich Super Yacht Marina, The Breakers, City Place, Downtown West Palm Beach, Clematis on the Waterway, Kravis Center, WPB Convention Center, and the art district of downtown Northwood.
Tucked in the charming and trendy Historic Northwood, we have designed this vacation home for discerning guests looking for a private and convenient location from which to take in the sites and scenery of Palm Beach. West Palm Beach is exploding with culinary, cultural, and coastal experiences!
Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the patio. Come and go as you please, and return to comfort and privacy after a day of shopping on Worth Avenue, relaxing on the beach, or visiting the Norton Museum or Flagler Mansion. Take a stroll along the water, or peruse the eclectic shops and cafes in Northwood.
The house has a fully-appointed updated kitchen, two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, and three bedrooms with high-end bedding and shutters that block the light for a good night's rest. The Crate & Barrel sleeper sofa in the third bedroom provides additional sleeping space. High-speed internet, large screen smart televisions, workspace, laundry room with full washer/dryer and beach chairs and towels are included.

We've lived in and spent a lot of time on both coasts of Florida, but we've recently found a match for in West Palm Beach. What we love about West Palm: It's cosmopolitan, but still small enough to feel neighborhood-y. We love the down-to-earth people, and the equal shares share of beach life, cultural attractions, and shopping -- with some of the best food we've eaten in a while! There's so much to explore in the area.

Historic Northwood is an ideal location, centrally located to everything. The house is minutes from West Palm Beach, the Causeway to Palm Beach, two beaches, and the area's fantastic restaurants and cultural attractions. We love the tree-lined streets, architecture, and proximity to the water.

We are experienced travelers, and we know what makes us feel comfortable while we're away from home. We've focused on designing a tranquil, tropical haven in a private but centrally located neighborhood that feels like home away from home. We've thought of the little extras, like high thread-count sheets, a generous shower, and a private spot to enjoy a beverage. Enjoy the tranquility and ease of coming and going as you please, being minutes from all the attractions in the surrounding areas, and returning to a comfortable oasis.
