Best Location! 1 bedroom apartment steps to the Louvre museum
*** ENJOY THE BEST LOCATION TO VISIT PARIS !
My apartment is located in the very center of Paris, in the famous Montorgueil neighborhood with its plethora of gourmet restaurants, charming bakeries, picturesque cafes and pedestrian-friendly streets! You can explore Paris by foot, and walk to the Louvre museum in less than 15 minutes. Lastly, you can reach any of the other iconic landmarks quickly and easily thanks to the many metro and bus stations around the apartment.
*** STAY IN A COSY AND FULLY EQUIPPED APARTMENT!
My apartment is very quiet and fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 guests.
• BEDS:
There is private bedroom with a queen size bed, and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Both rooms have blackout curtains and the beddings are professionally dry-cleaned after each guest departure.
• KITCHEN:
The kitchen features a double stove, a small fridge, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster, as well as all the necessary dinnerware and utensils to cook. You can enjoy your home-cooked meals on the dining table that seats 4 people.
• BATHROOM:
There is one bathroom with a shower, a towel warmer and a hairdryer. The towels and some bathroom essentials are provided for your arrival.
• LAUNDRY & CLOTHES STORAGE
There is a washer, a drying rack, an iron with its board, and several spaces to properly store your clothes (hangers, wardrobes, drawers, etc.). Also, there are laundromats in the neighborhood.
• HEATING and FANS:
3 wall-radiators and 2 portable fans
• WIFI and USB
There is a fast fiber optic wifi, and a multi-usb outlets to charge your phones.
• PLEASE NOTE that the majority of historic buildings located in central Paris, like mine, do not have elevator. Therefore, it is not suitable for babies, young kids, seniors and people with mobility issue who cannot climb stairs.
*** THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
You will find everything you need at your doorstep, such as supermarkets, organic groceries, late-night convenient stores, pharmacies, ATM, delicious restaurants and bars, bakeries, street food, coworking space and meeting rooms rental, etc.
*** GETTING AROUND:
You will be centrally located to access every attractions easily by foot, self service electrical bike, or bus/metros. For example:
• The Louvre is only 15 minutes by foot, or 10 minutes by metro
• The Champs-Élysées avenue - Place de la Concorde is 10 minutes by bike, 15 minutes by metro, or 30 minutes by foot.
• The Eiffel Tower is 30 minutes by metro, or 20 minutes by bike
• The Sacre-coeur Basilica of Montmartre is 20 minutes by metro or by bike
*** THE NEAREST METRO STATIONS:
• Étienne Marcel - metro line #4 - 2 minutes walk
• Réaumur - Sébastopol - metro line #3 - 4 minutes walk
• Châtelet - metro lines #1, #7, #11 and #14 - 8 minutes walk
• Châtelet les Halles - RER lines A, B and D - 7 minutes walk
There are too many bus lines near the apartment to list them all. I recommend you use citymapper app to calculate your itinerary in real time.
