No need to imagine; you’ve found it at Sunglide Vacations Suite, where guest comfort is top priority. You’ll delight in access to the pool and hot tub, and grill. Icing on the cake is dining on the lanai.
The best beaches are just a 15-min drive away, and all beach gear is provided. You’ll love the fully equipped kitchen, smart toilet with bidet, and comfortable king bedrooms with TVs.

Step into the kitchen and hallway area of Sunglide Vacations Suite via convenient keyless entry – and go claim your bedroom from your choice of two bedrooms!
Discover the second-floor Master Suite with its California king bed flanked by bedside tables with lamps. There is a window AC unit and ceiling fan with remote controls. Easily access a small balcony via sliders. Wind down to sleep watching the 55” smart TV.
Store your belongings using the dresser, closet, and luggage rack. You’ll love the convenience of the
ensuite bathroom with shower, double-sink vanity, smart toilet with bidet, and all bathroom essentials,
including towels, toiletries, and hair dryer.

You’ll also find on the second floor the Guest Suite with two twin XL beds (can be converted
to a California King bed upon request) and bedside tables with lamps. This bedroom also has a window AC unit and ceiling fan with remote controls.
Lull yourself to sleep watching the 55” smart TV. You’ll have a dresser, closet, and luggage rack for storage.

Should you need to accommodate additional sleeping needs, you’ll have the living-room sofa bed that folds out into a queen bed with memory-foam mattress.
Please note, there is no AC in the living room, but large ceiling fan. Also the fireplace is purely for decorative purposes and cannot be used..
Once you’re settled in, head back to the living room and relax on the sofa and oversize armchair.
Watch your favorite shows, movies, and sports on the 65” smart TV, with host-provided Netflix, HBO Max, and Disney+. You can also access other popular streaming channels using your own log-ins.
Or play host-supplied board games. Easily access the lanai from the living room and enjoy tropical breezes.

Splash, swim, play, and cool off in the shared condo pool and find your bliss in the shared condo hot tub, both usually wide open for guest use, with a very few other users in the pool/hot-tub area.
Or grab the supplied beach gear – beach chairs, umbrella, towels, boogie boards, cooler – and check out nearby beaches, such as the best Big Island Hapuna Beach or great for snorkling 49 Black Sand Beach and beach 69 (white sand), all of them are a short drive away.
Waikoloa Village is the central location to all top sightseeings Big Island offers:

- Kona is 30 minutes
- Hilo is 1 hour
- Mauna Kea is 1 hour
- Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park is 1 hour 40 minutes

At mealtime, prep and cook your best culinary creations in the fully equipped kitchen with all the
standard major appliances – refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher – plus a good
selection of small appliances, including rice cooker, blender, mixer, and toaster. You’ll find plenty of
prep space on the countertops, along with all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware,
serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals. 
Grab your morning hot beverage from the coffee station with dual-unit Keurig that makes coffee with
either k-cups or regular drip coffee. You’ll also find a hot-water kettle and other coffee and tea
supplies here.
Dine at the table for 6 or al fresco on the lanai at the table for 6. You’ll find the shared grill – with
supplied propane – in the pool area.
Refresh and rejuvenate in the second-floor bathroom with tub/shower combo and all bathroom
essentials.
You’ll love the convenience of the washer and dryer.

Like all Hawaii short-term vacation rentals, Sunglide Vacations Suite has quiet hours from 9 pm to 8
am.

No parties permitted.
No pets permitted.
No smoking permitted inside or outside the unit.
$500 fine will be imposed if there is an evidence of smoking both inside and outside.
Also if ‘no smoking’ rule is not followed the reservation will be cancelled without any refund.

Only 1 parking spot is included in reservation, if you have more than 1 vehicle, you have to park them outside of the complex (plaza parking across the road. 4-5 minutes of walk). Parking in the guest parking (more than 4 hours), vehicle swapping or parking in other car spots will result in $100 fine.

This second-floor unit has no elevator.
In this two-story condo, both bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor.
Not suitable for children under 5, given stairs and balconies with no baby gates.
Window A/C units are only available in bedrooms, not in the whole condo.
Fireplace is not for the use, please do not start the fire.
There is a ring doorbell at the condo entrance with video camera.
Island travel disclosure.
Property is subject to regular pest control, however due to Hawaiian humid climate you might encounter occasional bugs. Please use screen doors at all times and close doors promptly.
Note that traveling to a remote island comes with inherent risk. Many goods and services commonly available on the mainland might become limited or absent on the island with a short notice. The owner will be held harmless and will not issue refunds or partial refunds for any of the following:
cancelled or delayed flights;
volcano eruptions;
tsunamis;
disruptions in water or electricity service;
disruption in deliveries of food / gas / propane / oil etc
declared and not declared emergencies;
wild fires;
wars;
terrorist acts.
Guests are made aware of travel risks and assume all responsibility by proceeding with the booking.

Great property. I was surprised by the number of chickens and roosters all over the big island. So regardless of where you stay, I recommend bringing ear plugs.
