LOCATION & ATTRACTIONS:
In the heart of Massanutten Village, our home is within 5 minutes of all the Massanutten Resort amenities has to offer including: skiing, snowboarding, go karts, mini golf, mountain biking, extensive hiking, Indoor/Outdoor Water Park, Day Spa, indoor pool, basketball, and much more. You’re also close to all of the exploring that awaits in Shenandoah National Park, Shenandoah River and Luray Caverns. You can also catch a sporting event at James Madison University a short drive away.

IMPORTANT RULES WITHIN MASSANUTTEN: This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE:
• Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING:
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES:
• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check Massanutten Village dot com or electronic sign at entrance for updates.

ALCOHOL:
No open containers on roads or in common areas.

PETS:
• Leash always required when outside.
• Clean up after your pets.

TRASH:
• Do not place trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or car ports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.

DRONES:
• The flying of Drones is not permitted in Massanutten

GUEST ACCESS:
Please reach out to us to request early check-in / late check-out and we'll do our best to accommodate. $15 per hour for each additional hour requested.

Checking in is simple and convenient using keyless entry, and guests can go straight to the house at check-in time.

We provide ample parking for 4 cars in the driveway.

You have the entire property to yourselves for the duration of your stay.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
Please call or text John or Ashlee if you experience any issues during your stay.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

We will be available by the VRBO app during your stay in case of anything requiring attention.

For emergencies please dial 911. If local assistance is required, we will ensure local service is provided.

To protect your vacation investment, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance. Outside of the cancellation policy, no refunds will be given due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
