At The Saddle House, we offer four generously sized bedrooms, providing plenty of sleeping options for up to 10 guests. Our aim is to ensure everyone enjoys a cozy and rejuvenating rest before their exciting adventures. The first bedroom features a King-size bed, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds (including a roll-out trundle), the third bedroom also has 2 twin beds (including a roll-out trundle), and the fourth bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed. Each of these bedrooms is equipped with its own smart TV for your entertainment and convenience. Your comfort is our priority!

You'll find our inviting home equipped with 1 full bathroom, complete with a bathtub and shower, ensuring a relaxing and refreshing experience. Our cool swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing dip on sunny days. And the big backyard has plenty of space for playing and relaxing. You can challenge your friends and family to a fun game of cornhole or just enjoy the fresh air outdoors. It's a great mix of water fun and outdoor games to make your stay even better.

Please note that the Saddle House's central location means that many of Saratoga Springs' activities are within walking or biking distance. If you'd like to explore further, Uber or a quick car ride can take you to your desired destination.

Pool is closed from October - May

-We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. Booking a stay at this home acknowledges this requirement. Booking your stay gives us, as the manager, and our third party, SafelyStay, Inc., permission to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Full details regarding guest screening can be found on their website. You will receive an email with instructions for completing your screening. Please check your spam folder within three days of booking your stay if you have not received the email and contact us with any questions.

- Unexpected circumstances can arise - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing traveler's insurance.

- Guests are required to sign the property rental agreement, which includes the house rules.


- Please note that we permit a maximum of 2 dogs on this property, preferably aged 2 years and above. Also, there is a pet fee of $200. Below is a list of restricted breeds.

Guests will have the entire house and back yard to themselves.
