Tampering with or attempting to disable this device will result in a $200 fine and immediate removal from the property.

◆ Access codes are typically sent within 24 hours of your arrival for your ease of entry.
◆ Each guest will have exclusive access to their individual unit, as well as shared access to the laundry room within the building.

There are 4-5 steps down to the unit, which is considered a "garden apartment" as it is partially below the main/street level of the building. Additionally, to exit the building, there are two sets of 5-6 stairs with handrails. The coin-operated laundry room is located on the 2nd floor, requiring climbing up and down a few flights of steps.
🐶 Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If approved, a $95 fee applies for up to two dogs (no weight limit). For more than two pets, an additional pet fee will be charged.
