◆ Entertainment Your Way! This property offers a smart TV where you can log into your own Roku account for personalized streaming. Please note, cable access is not available. Don't forget to log out before checkout for your security.
◆The well-equipped KITCHEN has everything needed for home-cooked meals, including a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary pods.
◆ The sun-drenched DINING AREA seats 4 guests and doubles as a laptop-friendly workspace.


◆ The apartment includes 1 BEDROOM with a King bed, and the COMMON AREA has a Sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 guests.

Guests have exclusive access to the apartment during their stay, with amenities such as Wi-Fi, a 55” Smart TV, bed linens, and bath towels provided.

Complimentary basics like soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided upon arrival, though not replenished during the stay.

Please note our strict noise policy: NO parties/events, loud music, or excessive noise allowed. The property is equipped with MINUT, a noise monitoring device, with a $200 fine for tampering.

◆ Guests have access to their individual units and a shared laundry room within the building.
◆ Please note: Guests must climb stairs. There are 4-5 steps down to the unit (considered a "garden apartment" as it's partially below street level), and two sets of 5-6 stairs with handrails to exit the building. The coin-operated laundry room is on the 2nd floor, requiring climbing a few flights of stairs.

◆ Downtown Cleveland is just a short car ride away, offering a variety of sporting events, museums, concerts, coffee shops, dining options, and shopping experiences. If you drive a little over an hour west, you'll reach Cedar Point, home to some of the world's best roller coasters.

◆ Plenty of Uber and Lyft drivers are available in this area.
◆ Just under 15 minutes to the airport for added convenience.

◆ Due to the nature of the apartment complex with 12 units, there may be occasional noise from general "living" activities.
◆ Please utilize the 1 off-street parking space with a reserved sign. Avoid parking on the other side of the lot where the daycare is located.
◆ Guests must navigate some steps to enter the house, including one step at the side entrance and a few steps leading to the basement.
◆ Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $95 fee for up to 2 dogs (no weight limit). For more than 2 pets, we will charge two pet fees. Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets, as this will result in a $200 fine plus the standard pet fee of $200. Please contact us in advance if you’ll be traveling with your pets.
◆ Amenities provided include Wi-Fi, 3 Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and more.
Complimentary basic essentials are provided upon arrival, including soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, paper towels, and laundry detergent. Note that these items are not replenished.
◆ A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used.

✔ The primary guest is responsible for conveying house rules to additional guests and their actions on the property.
✔ Renters agree to cover charges related to damages or extra cleaning needed after their stay.
✔ Government ID may be required at check-in.
✔ Unregistered guests are not permitted on the property without host permission.
✔ No parties, illegal activity, or excessive noise allowed. Respect for neighbors is required.
✔ No smoking of any kind or recreational drug use on the premises. Failure to comply incurs a $500 penalty.
✔ No tents or structures may be set up on the property.
✔ Please refrain from moving furniture.

➜ No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.

➜ No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

➜ Please avoid moving furniture.

➜ Any violations of the house rules could result in the immediate removal from the property WITHOUT REFUND. Furthermore, guests must abide by all Airbnb policies and local, state, or federal laws.
