The 1-bedroom apartment in the 6th arrondissement, offering an exceptional location and a breathtaking view of the Parisian rooftops and a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower! Nestled in a quiet area, a few steps from the magnificent Jardin du Luxembourg, our apartment invites you to live an unforgettable Parisian experience. A unique and incredible space with its refined design, it can accommodate up to 4 people, making it the ideal choice for your next getaway with family or friends.
Apartment features:
LIVING ROOM
The living space includes 2 foutons of single beds size. Convenient storage space lets you keep your belongings organized, while the mirrored door adds a feeling of brightness and space to the room.
KITCHEN
The bright kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Basic kitchen utensils are provided: pots and pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, as well as appliances such as a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, hob, kettle and fridge. We also offer you tea, sugar and coffee to make your stay even more comfortable.
BEDROOM
The spacious bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable double bed and storage space for your personal belongings. A television is also at your disposal to entertain you during your stay. The attached bathroom is directly connected to the bedroom and includes a shower, toilet and sink. Sample toiletries and a few rolls of toilet paper are provided for your arrival.
For the little ones, a travel cot is available in the apartment.
We ensure that linens and towels are cleaned after each guest by professional dry cleaners and are provided to each guest to ensure a hassle-free stay.
VIEW
The attic apartment offers an unforgettable view of the Parisian rooftops, adding a special and charming touch to your stay. You can see the Eiffel Tower from above the rooftops!
The apartment is located on the 5th floor. The building has an elevator, but the last floor can be accessed by stairs only.
Please note there is ongoing outdoor construction work on the facade and roof of the building from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
