The Space: Heron Suite boasts a cozy layout perfect for couples, featuring a comfortable Queen bed and a Queen sleeper sofa for added versatility. You're just a short walk from the vibrant attractions on historic Duval Street, where shopping, dining, and nightlife await. Nearby, you'll find a cafe, convenience store, gift shop, and bike and scooter rentals, all just a block away. Don't miss the iconic Southernmost Point, located one block from your door, and South Beach, only three blocks away. Heron Suite is also part of the Southernmost Sanctuary, a charming six-unit property that can be rented together for larger gatherings or family get-togethers.

Guest Perks: Experience hassle-free, contactless check-in with our convenient e-lock system. Heron Suite is pet-friendly, welcoming one small dog (30 lbs or less) to join your stay. Please note that parking is not available on-site.

The property was clean and in a great location. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. For early risers, the bar across the street plays live music until Midnight, so earplugs are needed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We would not recommend staying here as the bar across the street (Tipsy Rooster) has procession of mostly mediocre musicians from 2pm till 2am, and their goal is to "get loud and draw a crowd", and so getting a restful sleep won't happen. We were exhausted at the end of our stay, the opposite of what we hoped would be a refreshing and relaxing vacation. The location is good for activities in Key West; the accommodations are fine; and Colocoda was responsive and helpful.

Great little getaway

Could sit on porch at night and listen to music from bar across the street. Next door is a small convenience store that had an amazing Cuban sandwich. Golf cart and scooter rental company around the corner as well.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and lots of communication to help if problems. Location great. Guests should know there is a bar/liquor store directly across the street with live music, which was mellow and not too loud.

Studio with good location but may stay up late

Check-in was great. Staff willing to answer questions, assist with parking issues, as specific areas to park. Great response time! Good frig, kitchen utilities, shower. Bed is higher than my bed at home. The Tipsy Rooster, a bar across the street offers live music almost daily, close to 11pm some nights. Some good, some ok music. You may stay up late. Close (1/4 mile?) to access the start of Duvall shops or most southernmost point in the US marker.

It’s perfect. Being able to sit on the front porch and listen to the music from across the street while we enjoyed if you beverages was amazing. The bed was comfortable mini kitchen was perfect. I would definitely stay there again and plan to.

Was exactly what I needed

Loved almost every minute of our stay. Finding the place was a bit ruff. Had to re-read the text over and over on where it was located exactly. The number 1330 was on the fence gate, but no 1330_02 on a room door. The grammar was a bit off also. But we still loved it all even after that. Thank you

Great spot, this is right across from the tipsy rooster that often has local musicians playing. Location is a brief walk to beaches, duval street and several amazing dining areas.

Best location, we won’t stay anywhere else!

I could go on all day about how great this place is, but I’ll keep it short and sweet. The location is the best. Front porch opens up to Simonton St, right across from The Tipsy Rooster. Bonus: they always have a live acoustic set which we LOVED enjoying from our space. It sits next to Ana’s cafe which offers amazing coffee, Cuban’s and groceries. Blocks from the beach and southernmost point. Everything was walking distance or a short bike ride to downtown Duval! The room itself had everything we needed. A spacious studio with a kitchenette, huge bed, sofa, TV, bathroom and spacious closet. Clean, spacious, plenty of towels, utensils/ pots and pan, and toiletries provided! We never felt cramped while spending time in the room. There’s access to laundry, a hot tub and a grill through the gate right next to the room. We couldn’t have been happier! It’s a gem that’s hidden in plain sight! We will absolutely be back!! :)

Nice little vacation spot

This was a nice spot when visiting Old Town Key West right in the heart of all the attractions. Walking distance to everytthing. Property was clean and had everything you needed for a nice weekend away.
