We have been coming to Broken Bow for a long time, and have rented a lot of cabins over the years. We are very familiar with the area, roads, attractions, and pockets of cabin developments. The Soss's cabin is one of our favorite! It is absolutely perfect for a family AND it is pet friendly. It has a nice master downstairs with access to the rear deck and hot tub with a great TV outside for football watching and a GREAT grill for steaks and burger cooking (far superior grill setup to many of the rickety rust buckets at other cabins we have stayed at). The nice thing about the cabin is that it is just "far enough" down camp ranch road (dirt) that it "feels" secluded. The lot next door is not developed (perhaps owned by the Soss's) so there is no cabin "on top of you" like many of the other cabins. There is no busy road or heavy traffic AND the kids can run in the woods behind the cabin with no worries (there is a small stream if you walk far enough). The deer come in the rear yard by the swing set most mornings. They provided a TON of firewood in comparison to other STRs we have stayed at that provide 1 measly bundle (ie you don't have to sleup to the firewood stand and load the truck up and then unload it)..which is SUPER NICE of them and a HUGE plus if you have not been out here before. The cabin is maybe 8-9 minutes straight shot to the center of Hochatown (petting zoo, go karts, grateful head pizza, etc)..it can't be beat. RENT WITH CONFIDENCE.
