The space
Our townhouse is located in the middle unit of one of two main buildings, each housing three units. This prime location offers a sense of community while providing a comfortable and private retreat.

* A charming staircase leads you to the main living areas, enhancing the elegant design.
* Two floors: The 1st floor includes Bedroom 1, a kitchen and dining room, a living room, a laundry area, and a half bathroom. The 2nd floor features two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. Note: The garage is NOT accessible to guests.
* Stylish furnishings throughout
* Central air conditioning and heating (with the exception of Bedroom 1)
* Cleaning materials provided
* Fast Wi-Fi
* Blackout curtains in all rooms for added privacy and comfort
* NOTE: This property is NOT pet-friendly.

Parking
* Free parking: You can comfortably park 2 cars in front of the property, with additional parking for up to 2 more cars, depending on visitor needs.
* Street parking: NOT available.
* NOTE: Please avoid parking in the neighbors' spots. Refer to the "Photo tour" for images showing the best way to park two cars in front.

Living Room
* The living room features a Roku TV, allowing you to log in and enjoy music or movies from any streaming app. There’s also a pool table for fun games with family and friends.
* For your convenience, the living room closet includes an umbrella, an iron and ironing board, extra pillow and blanket, weights for exercising, a first aid kit, hangers, a vacuum cleaner, a broom, a bucket, and a mop.

Laundry Area
* The laundry space features an all-in-one washer and dryer unit. Please note that laundry soap is NOT provided, and the machine may not be able to handle heavy loads.
* Additionally, a selection of board games (Uno, Jenga, Scrabble, Connect 4, Chess, and Checkers) is available on the shelf for your enjoyment.
* Also has the fire extinguisher in the corner, next to the left of the laundry basket.

BEDROOM 1
* Bed: 1 queen bed with white bed linens
* Extras: Extra blankets provided
* Location: Directly behind the kitchen
* Amenities: 55-inch Roku TV and heater available (NOTE: The heater is not connected to the central unit, so please remember to turn it on manually when needed)
* Cooling: No AC, but opening the kitchen door allows cool air to flow into the room. A small tabletop fan is provided for added comfort during the summer.
* Access: A door leads to the backyard, where you can sit on the grass and enjoy the serene environment.

BEDROOM 2 (The Orange Room)
* Bed: 1 queen bed with white bed linens
* Extras: Extra blankets provided
* Location: Next to the full bathroom on the 2nd floor
* Amenities: 60-inch Roku TV, heater, central AC unit, and ceiling fan
* Convenience: Self-charging nightstand, desk and chair provided
* Storage: Closet with hangers

BEDROOM 3 (The Teal Room)
* Bed: 1 king bed with white linens
* Extras: Extra blankets provided
* Location: Across from the full bathroom on the 2nd floor
* Storage: Two closets with hangers
* Amenities: 75-inch Roku TV, heater, central AC unit, and ceiling fan
* Convenience: Desk and chair provided

Half Bathroom
* Automatic soap dispenser (extra hand soap provided in case the automatic one doesn't work)
* Towels provided
* Toilet paper (you may need extra depending on your length of stay)
