Historic and spacious three bedroom charmer with a fenced in back yard that even allows pets.
This charming house is in a quiet neighborhood with its own fenced in yard that has all the amenities you require. Offers an eat-in kitchen with new stove and fridge, a formal dining room and a plush living room with new and comfortable furniture. There are two full bathrooms, one on the ground floor just off the living room with a standup shower, and one upstairs near all three bedrooms with a shower and a soaking tub.
The house is close to everything and less than a 10 minute drive to the NBA Hall of Fame, MGM Casino and Hotel, The Amazing World of Dr. Seuss, the Titanic Historic Society, Springfield Armory Historic Site and MassMutual Center. It's also walking distance to historic Forest Park and Franklin Park Zoo, as well as many restaurants, grocery stores and shops. It's also less than a 15 minute ride to to Six Flags, The Eastern State Exposition (The Big E), Bay State Hospital and numerous colleges and universities.
Unlike many other short-term rentals in area this is a FULL-HOUSE (not an apartment) with its own fenced in back yard with outdoor seating and off-street parking (in driveway) for multiple cars.
All three of the main bedrooms are on the second floor accessible by a wide and easy turn staircase. The primary bedroom features a king bed with smart TV, bedroom two has a queen bed and smart TV, and the third bedroom features a trundle-style day bed with two separate twin beds. The second floor also features a full bathroom with oversized soaking tub just a few steps from all three bedrooms.
There is also a fourth 'bonus' room on the ground floor with a queen-sized futon that can be used as either a playroom, in office space, extra sleeping area or whatever.
The formal dining room has table and chairs for six people and the living room has a comfy pull-out sofa (queen) that sleeps two. There is also a three-season room in front of house facing the scenic tree-lined road.
This house has both historic charm and modern amenities and is the perfect place for either a quick visit or a long term stay. There is lots of room for everyone in your group and all their gear and we will provide everything from clean sheets to a coffee machine to multiple smart TVs with Wifi for all your devices.

We now have over seven years experience renting out on Airbnb, with one rental on Martha’s Vineyard, and now a new one in Springfield, Massachusetts. We like to think we are accessible, communicative, and responsive hosts who try to anticipate our customers needs before they even check in.

Generally speaking, Springfield is not considered a “walking” town, but this particular neighborhood is within walking distance to several high-quality restaurants, shops, and grocery stores.
Also, this is the perfect location for groups that will be doing multiple activities in the Springfield area and is less than a 10 minute drive from the NBA Hall of Fame, the MGM Casino and Hotel the Dr. Seuss museum, the Springfield Armory historic site, and the MassMutual Center.
Were also about a 15 minute ride from Six Flags
New England and the Big E and we’re only about a 20 minute ride from several beautiful towns in the charming Berkshire mountain like Northampton and Amherst.
We also centrally located to countless colleges, universities, and hospitals. We’re also only about 15 minutes from Bradley international airport and only about 90 minutes from Boston.

We are pet friendly, and the fenced-in backyard is perfect for spending time with your four-legged friends. There’s also an outdoor seating area with patio furniture and a grill.
The house has a lot of historic charm, but also all the modern amenities you would expect. There Is a full kitchen with updated stove, sink and fridge. There’s also a formal dining room with table and chairs for six people.
There is Wi-Fi throughout the house with a smart TV in the living room, and two smart TVs in two of the bedrooms upstairs.
This house is unique blend of historic charm and modern updates with plenty of room for everybody.
PLEASE NOTE: although this is a three bedroom home with either a king bed or queen bed in each bedroom, the city of Springfield limits us to renting the house to only groups of five people or less.
