This duplex boasts 6 bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 4 bunk beds (8 twin beds), perfect for families or groups of friends. With 4 bathrooms equipped with amenities like a bathtub and shower, guests can relax and unwind after a day at the beach. Coastal Boho is a duplex where both units A and B are rented together and unique because it provides families space to spread out with their own units. Unit A has no shared walls with Unit B, so no need to worry about noise. Each unit, A and B, has a master ensuite, queen bedroom, and bunk/kids bedroom, plus a full bathroom. Both units mirror each other with amenities, decor, and layout. There's no living space on the ground level (so no hurricane damage), just the carport with fire pit table, turf yard, putting green, and game room. Speaking of game room, test your skills with foosball, air hockey, and more when you're not at the beach which is a short 2-minute walk. Coastal Boho is just 1 property away from Gulf Blvd., the main street up and down the beach. The B unit even provides peek-a-boo views of the ocean from its porches.

Indian Rocks Beach has a calm, family-friendly atmosphere, wide white sand beaches, quiet residential feel, and isn't far from Clearwater Beach (for those that like a busy beach scene). Many delicious restaurants are sprinkled all around our property as well. From tacos to tuna, all the cuisine options are close.
