For those who work remotely, a dedicated desk provides a quiet space to stay connected, while the warmth of a wood-burning fireplace sets the stage for cozy evenings indoors. Outside, the patio beckons with a gas grill, perfect for al fresco dining under Scottsdale’s stunning skies.

Adventure awaits just beyond the doorstep, whether it’s exploring Gateway Trailhead, biking through scenic landscapes (five adult bikes are available for guests), or experiencing the thrill of a hot air balloon ride. THINGS TO KNOW
Pool can be heated for $75 per day. Requires a 2 day notice.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 75 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
