Cooking together is easy with a well-equipped full kitchen, including full-size appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar low enough to hold a conversation with everyone playing a round on the pool table. If you're feeling like something with a little more space, take dinner outside with the help of your gas grill. The furnished backyard, surrounded by greenery and spaces to sit in the shade, may become your favorite place to chat with a cool beverage. Rest easy at night in curated bedrooms, each with mounted TVs and ceiling fans. Guests of the main bedroom will enjoy a private entrance to the deck and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub.

Located near the desirable Kierland and Paradise Valley areas, you'll be a short drive away from top-notch restaurants, bars, and the beautiful outdoor shopping at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. TPC Scottsdale Stadium Golf Course, where PGA’s Phoenix Open is held annually, is just down the road.

The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than six adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is only one surveillance camera on the property, and it is at the side of the house facing the gate door. This camera points toward the driveway/side of the house and does not record sound, but it is always running.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
