Between the Hours of 10pm and 8am no loud music- quiet hours. Pets should be leased when outside unless at the dog park.
Gather all bedding and towels and out in washing machine and start load and put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start.
Take garbage outside and put it in the garbage can. The Air Conditioner in the summer set to 74 degrees and in winter the heat to 68 degrees.

The owners were easy to communicate with and were very kind and professional . The property was perfect and it was clean and stocked well. This is a pet friendly Vrbo and the dogs enjoyed the space. No photos, but the property is as listed and nice.

Great stay

Good space , location is good. Very clean and comfortable . Its a 2 story location with the bedrooms up stairs , the garage is locked off or was when we were there so i wish the photos of it wasnt in the listing but otherwise everything was very accurate as far as i remember we would definitely rent again we come to the area alot due to family.

Didn’t wow me

I was disappointed in the communication before stay. I had to initiate contact to get the code, which they said they would provide to me the day off. I was traveling across country, so I just wanted to be sure that I was going to have a place to stay, even though I had booked it ahead of time. I also don’t like it when places have you take out the trash, do the laundry and dishes for them. I want to come and go with no added responsibility, especially when getting in late and leaving early. I will advise others that the bedrooms are located upstairs if your mobility isn’t the greatest. I wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness of my sheets either. I couldn’t tell if there was a grease stain or an imprint of an iron. Pillows weren’t great either. No toiletries included.

Well sorry. All of our guests enjoy our places. Sounds like you’d be better suited for a hotel. Most properties with VRBO give you starter kit of supplies as we do. We take pride in how clean we keep our places. There’s a dishwasher so all we ask that you rise the dishes and start the dishwasher. Garbage to the curb is asked on garbage days, because we can’t be there. The code was provided in a timely manner. We scramble the code after each guest for security. We ask that the guests throw their linens and towels in to the washer and start it. I’m sorry but that’s not doing laundry. Yes the bedrooms are upstairs as is the situation with townhouses. The listing explains it’s a townhouse. Sorry you were not pleased. These things we ask of folks is very common with VRBO.

We visit the Clarksville area frequently and this Vrbo property was in a great spot. The house itself is spacious, clean overall, and comfortably laid out for a group or family stay. That said, a few relatively inexpensive upgrades would make this place much more enjoyable and bring us back without hesitation.The biggest issue was the mattresses. Every bed we used sagged badly in the middle—you literally sank in and had to “climb” out each morning. After a few nights, our backs were feeling it. New, supportive mattresses would make a world of difference.The bathrooms also need some attention:• The provided toilet paper was extremely thin—comparable to what you’d find at a low-end gas station. It’s a small thing, but stocking decent 2-ply TP would go a long way.• There were no facial tissues in any of the bathrooms.• No bar soap or body wash was provided for the showers.• The shower curtain had stains, and the plastic clips/rings holding it up felt flimsy and barely did the job.Other minor but noticeable items:• Towels were mismatched, frayed, and showing their age. A fresh, matching set would feel more welcoming.• The closets had no hangers at all, so we lived out of suitcases.• bathroom light bulb needed changingThese are all fairly basic amenities that most guests have come to expect in a rental. This could easily be a 5-star repeat stay for us. As it stands, we’d only consider returning if those improvements are made.

You make the place sound terrible. That’s just not the case at all. We will be turning the mattresses and improving upon the toilet paper. The towels are not frayed. There are no stains on the shower curtains. Sorry we do not provide tissues. It sounds like maybe a hotel may be more suited for you in the future. I’ve already validated this information and we get raving reviews from our many guests in the past.
