✦ Public or shared fitness center open 24/7, available in the property.

✦ Indoor shared pool available all year, opened from 9:00AM to 9:00PM.

✦ Paid valet parking – 1 space(s), available for $25 per day.

✦ A credit/debit card is required at check-in for a $200 per night refundable deposit, returned after check-out if no damages occur.

✦ Pets are welcome with an additional charge of $100.00. Max 50 lbs/pet allowed, max of 2 if under 75 lbs.

✦ We use multi-unit listings, so rooms are similar but may have small differences.

✦ The required refundable security deposit is charged per night on a valid credit card.

✦ For stays of 7–30 nights with pets, a $100 deep cleaning fee applies.
