Paws a While! caravan with uninterrupted views of Solent and direct beach access

A warm welcome awaits you and your pets at my charming caravan! Idyllically situated on the edge of a nature reserve, with stunning views across the Solent and direct beach access. Relax on the decking and watch the cruise ships and yachts sail by. Families will love the vibrant sports area, featuring football and basketball courts; for the younger members an enclosed playground. There are extra facilities to enjoy during the Park’s open season (mid March-end October). These include swimming pool, restaurant, clubhouse with WiFi, amusements, supermarket, takeaway and launderette. Passes are available from Reception (£21pp for 7 days or £18.90pp 0-6 days). PLEASE NOTE: there is no public transport serving Thorness Bay. This six birth accommodation has three bedrooms; one double with en-suite, tv and hairdryer plus two twin rooms and a family shower room. The fully equipped kitchen, inc. washing up pack and tea towels, comprises of a gas cooker, fridge freezer and microwave: plus ample cupboard space for all your provisions. The lounge has a dining table, Dimplex electric fire, smart tv and DVD player. The caravan benefits from double glazing and full central heating for guests staying during the colder months. I provide a Welcome Pack consisting of various teas and coffees, milk, soft drinks, cakes, biscuits and a bowl of fresh fruit: not forgetting your equally important fur babies, there’s a treats pack for them too! For your convenience, beds are made up on arrival and towels are included. There is a reserved parking space for you. Whether you’re unwinding on site or exploring the local attractions, this holiday home is the ideal retreat for a delightful getaway by the sea!

A lovely caravan in a superb location, only a few minutes walk from the beach. The caravan was very well privisioned with everything we needed for our stay, and our host was really lovely, telling us about the local wildlife and lots of places we could visit whilst on the Isle of Wight.

We had a great week - the caravan is in a super position with a lovely sea view. It is very well equipped, spotlessly clean and a welcome pack of milk, cakes and other delicious treats was included. Our host was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended.

What a great holiday we had. Paws a While is the best equipped holiday accommodation I’ve ever stayed in and the treats Sharon provided were lovely. Great views from the caravan and some great wildlife to see, too. We will be back!

The property was superb. A welcome pack was a nice touch. The view was amazing, watching boats come and go kept us amused for ages. The caravan was spotless, every utensil available and very comfortable. Definitely worth going back and being dog friendly is a bonus.

As it shows on the picture ,beautiful sea view, mesmerising every time, liads of dog walk areas, poo bins for us responsive dog walkers with poo bags, amazingly equiped holiday home, better than home? Warm, airy with high ceilings, and so much space. A hoover to keep those pesky walkd in/blown in leaves, had a great 4 days will certainly be back.

Delightful accommodation

We stayed here as a group of four for four nights as we were going to the IoW festival. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The owner provided a very generous welcome pack which was most appreciated. Everywhere was very clean and fresh. The view over the Solent from the decking was wonderful.

Lovely views and comfortable van

The van was perfect for us and our dogs. You can see the sea and the beach is pretty much on the doorstep . The location is ideal. Would highly recommend. We’ll be back for sure! The host was very helpful and kind

This caravan was in the most beautiful position, we loved sitting out in the mornings having breakfast and in the evenings having dinner watching the ships sail past. This was the perfect position for walking our two dogs down to the beach every day and enjoying the surroundings. Sharon left us some sweet treats, milk, and a full fruit bowl for our arrival, such a lovely welcome. The caravan was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly want. We hope to return again next summer.

Fabulous Caravan

Fabulous caravan with a stunning sea view! Brilliant host with lots of goodies on arrival, extremely clean beds and very dog friendly! We didn’t use many of the park facilities as we visit the island regularly and just needed a base at short notice but seemed a lot going on! Perfect!

Lovely view!

We stayed 5 nights in Paws-a-While - 3 adults, 2 teenagers and a dog. It was great. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable seating area with a nice big TV and the most brilliant decking area with uninterrupted views of the Solent. The main bedroom is a good size but the two other twin rooms.are quite small. So the place certainly lends itself to a family with younger kids, rather than a group of adults. The caravan is very close to the resort's main hub (restaurants, pool, games areas) and a well executed frizbee throw from the beach. It was a great base from which to explore the island. Thumbs up!

Most Enjoyable

There were 2 of us and a dog . We had a really happy time .Sharon greeted us ,and she had left us an abundance of goodies which was so kind . The mobile home was immaculate and spacious with the perfect view towards the sea. The walks from there were ideal for dog walkers .We were able to completely relax . We were surprised and thrilled to hear the cuckoo .We had a visiting pheasant and red squirrel , and some vigilant crows too . Surround birdsong ! Thank you Sharon .
