Studio apartment located in the North Valley
Stay and enjoy this spacious yet cozy spot located in the beautiful North Valley of Albuquerque. The space has everything you need to call home for a relaxing couples getaway or a business trip that requires privacy and focus. Walking distance or a quick drive to a mix of, cafe’s, bakeries, restaurants and charming antique stores. Minutes away from Balloon Fiesta Park, the freeway to and only 19 minutes away from Albuquerque International Airport.
With keyless entry you are able to check in and out on your own. We are local, so if there is anything you need just reach out.
We are minutes from great shopping at the many nearby antique stores. Beautiful restaurants just north (El Pinto) and south (El Bruno's) of the property. Steel Bender, a great brew pub, is just a few minutes drive away.

Comfy and Cozy studio nicely equipped kitchen for cooking and baking, with a full size refrigerator/ freezer, oven, stove top, microwave, and coffee maker. Heat and AC at your fingertips. Cozy queen bed, full bathroom, luxury towels, WIFI and smart TV for your entertainment. Sofa and table with stools for dining or work space.

Getting around Albuquerque is pretty easy by car. Streets for the most part run North/South and East/West. Mountains to the East are easy to see from anywhere in Albuquerque so it is difficult to be truly lost. This city is quartered by the 2 major interstates. I-25 runs North to South and I-40 runs East and West.
Parking
Plenty of free onsite parking. Security cameras in parking and common areas.
