In the main house, you'll find three generously sized bedrooms. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms each have their own full ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, both offering king beds for restful nights. There is even a gathering space in the wine cellar for a unique and festive experience.

The carriage house, adjacent but separate from the main home, provides a private escape and you'll find the fourth bedroom here. Perfect for guests seeking privacy or adult children, the carriage house includes a full kitchen, a cozy living room with a queen sleeper sofa, and a bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom.

What is parking like for this home?
Guests will have access to two garage spaces. These spaces can accommodate full-size sedans and small SUVs. All larger vehicles must find on-street parking, which is metered on East Congress Street, but is free on Price Street, which runs parallel to the carriage house.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
