This beautiful home made our family gathering very special. Walkable to so many attractions and lots of space for all the families to spend time together. Kitchen is a dream for hosting groups.

We really enjoyed staying in this historic home and the location was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The house itself has some flaws but nothing that kept us from having a wonderful time!

The location is Excellent!Overall the house was clean, We could not get 2 of the TV’s in the bedrooms to work. The house is spacious and plenty of room for the 7 of us. We had a leak underneath one of the sinks/bathroom and maintenance responded quickly to resolve the issue. We enjoyed the outdoor space when the cats were not sitting in the chairs and on the table. It would have been nice to use the front porch but the front door was not to be used. We did some research on the history of the home which was really interesting! We did enjoy our stay!

Pamela, thank you so much for taking the time to share this! So glad the location was excellent, and Spanish Moss had plenty of room for all 7 of you. I'm sorry the TVs weren't working in two bedrooms and that the sink leaked, though I'm glad maintenance got out quickly to take care of it. I also understand the cats claiming the outdoor furniture and not being able to use the front porch put a bit of a damper on enjoying those spaces. So glad you found the home's history interesting, and truly grateful you still enjoyed your stay overall. We'd love to host you again! Gg

This home was perfect for our long family weekend in Savannah for a group of 10. The location is top-notch with easy access to River Street, the Pirate House, and a variety of dining options. We can't say enough good things about how beautiful and impressive this historic home is. Everyone had their own bathroom, which was a big feature. As our stay was in late June, we found the home to remain quite cool and comfortable with the A/C. There was also plenty of space for us to gather for meals and game nights.

We had 8 ladies and the house suited us well. It’s nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom! The house was spacious and had a nice courtyard. It was nice to have a house that was close enough that we could walk to restaurants and bars .

This house was absolutely perfect for our girls trip of 8. Perfect location, Beautifully decorated, and had tons of character. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Property management checked in on us via text several times to see if everything was going well!

Excellent accommodation in the heart of Savannah. There was plenty of space for our group of 12 to spread out and truly relax, and we especially appreciated that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The location couldn’t have been better—within easy walking distance of downtown’s shops, restaurants, and attractions, and literally across the street from the River District.For those traveling with a car, the on-site garage with space for two vehicles was a huge convenience. The outdoor area was another highlight, featuring ample seating, a BBQ, and a fire pit—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this property, and we would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re back in town.

Girls' trip

Friends for over 50 years stayed at this wonderful home. Everything was wonderful, from the communication, check-in through check-out reminders. The only "downside" was the busy street the house was located on, BUT that was easily ignored since we were located so close to the waterfront and the historic district. Had a great stay and would highly recommend this house.
