This tastefully and completely renovated 2-bedroom retreat offers the convenience of walking to all of the food and fun in the marina, including the Harbour Town Golf Club, Links, Harbour Town Pool, an engaging playground for kids, live music, the beautiful yachts on the water and breathtaking sunset views . 921 Cutter Court is on the third floor of a well-maintained elevatored building with lovely views of the Harbour Town Links from the balcony. This property offers free access to the heated Harbour Town pool, a rare complimentary amenity for this area. The trolley line pickup to the beach is just steps away. The owners of this top tier property have invested in creating a quality, safe, modern and comfortable property ready to welcome you and your guests.
Cooking will be a joy when preparing in the brand new kitchen renovated in 2025, highlighted by top end fixtures. Most properties in this building must share a laundry room, but this property offers the conveniences of on site laundry right inside the property! Spacious living and dining areas, large smart TV's, new flooring, furniture, upgraded WIFI and HVAC so much more. The second bedroom has both a queen and a twin bed, and there is also a sofa sleeper in the living room section should you require additional sleeping options. The Sea Pines Resort trolley picks up right in Harbour Town to take you to the beautiful white sand beaches at the Beach Club or South Beach Marina. This property is not pet friendly.
As with all of our villas, two free bikes will be waiting when you arrive. Use them to explore the many wide bike paths going just about everywhere within SeaPines- You don't really need your car much for this vacation. We provide a free family fitness pass and free tennis during the afternoons at South Beach. Beach towels and chairs and free WIFI are also included.
Check in is a breeze as we mail your vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need to wait in line and stop at security. There is plenty of unreserved parking in the area for two cars. Simply head straight to your villa, and begin to enjoy the club, beach, pool or marina. Relax and unwind. A memorable vacation is waiting for you!
