On a fenced 3/4 acre lot, access to an outdoor firepit perfect for evening relaxation. Located in the heart of Omaha, you’ll enjoy full city access while still retreating to a peaceful, private setting.
The space
Enjoy the peacefulness in a serene setting. We have lots of garden spots and quiet spaces. Enjoy birds from woodpeckers to hummingbirds; dragonflies frequently visit the pond. Watching the fish is also fun. Our property is fenced in for your favorite four-legged friend to explore. On our property, we have had foxes, rabbits, owls, and even wild turkeys. If you want to sit around the fire and watch the fireflies, gaze at the stars at night, we have that available for you as well. Swing in a hammock or rock on a glider and make memories. Games are available such as cornhole, badminton, or a game of checkers.

Our Guest House is designed to be your sanctuary away from home, we recently added brand new double recliner and the popular hotel defusser with fall oil fragrence (see pictures) . We definitely want you to be comfortable, and we continue working hard to ensure that you are. We will provide you with wood for the fireplace and all the amenities from kitchen dishware to potholders. When visiting the bathroom in your own private game room/family room, you will have fresh towels and washcloths, along with a complete restroom (there is a portable bathroom for middle-of-the-night emergencies if needed, cleaned daily). Otherwise, your access to the secondary space is just a short distance away. You can shoot pool, play darts, have access to a bar with stools, pop some popcorn in our vintage popcorn maker, and enjoy your own private spaces, so there is plenty to do.

The city has so many things to do close to our centrally located tiny home. No matter what brings you to town, we have you covered. From live music to sporting events, dive bars, and elite dining experiences—all within walking distance or a short drive, nestled between Benson, Dundee, and Aksarben Village.

We are happy to assist with any questions to make your stay the best experience for you and put you as the priority. Overnight guests are limited to 2.
Guest access
Upon arrival, you will have access to a set of keys to provide you with full access and to keep your belongings locked when you step away. At the end of your stay, please ensure that the keys are returned. The property is situated on a shared space with our home, and we do have a small toy Aussie. He prefers not to be touched but will greet you.
Other things to note
"Our guest house has motion lighting at the entry. There are steps involved to access the home and the game room/bathroom. We have ample parking in the front of our home. We have eliminated cleaning fees, so no cleaning fees will be assessed during your stay. Our goal is to pamper you throughout your entire stay."
