Beautifully appointed townhome located in a fantastic location in Angel Fire: 2 miles from Angel Fire Ski Basin, 0.4 Miles from the Angel Fire Country Club offering three restaurants, a pro shop, golfing, and more. The foyer welcomes you, kick off your boots, and make yourself at home. To the right, enter the primary suite with a king bed and sitting area, a walk-in closet, and a bath with a large walk-in shower and towel warmer. New Mexico charm greets you from the hall as you enter the secondary bedroom with a king bed, large closet, and West view. The second guest bath with shower/tub combo is located just across the hall. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining room and living area. Natural light floods the living space with views towards the greenbelt where deer and other wildlife frequent. This is a wonderful space to enjoy time with friends and family after a day of skiing or hiking. The Kiva gas fireplace creates a warm ambiance in this space. Just off the living area is a quaint sitting room with a skylight and direct access to the large back deck, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing. A one-car garage completes the main living level. The bottom level hosts a second living room with a large sectional, Smart TV, coffee bar, dining table (perfect for board and card games), and laundry. Two additional bedrooms, both with bunk beds, one with twin over twin and the other with twin over double bed as well as a full bath with a large walk-in shower, dual sinks, and plenty of counter storage. This home also offers baby gates and a large plastic baby corral, perfect for little ones whether two or four-legged. This property is a townhouse in a townhome community. Only attached to one other unit. The only shared wall is the garage and part of the sitting area. Guests do have garage access

DAY TRIPS: Taos and Taos Pueblo Village (24.9 miles), Taos Ski Valley (43.7 miles), Rio Grande Gorge Bridge (36.6 miles), and Santa Fe (92.6 miles).
