Condominio tranquilo en el primer piso con maravillosa piscina y playa al otro lado de la calle

Condominio bien equipado en el primer piso. Mi casa es una verdadera casa con ropa de cama bien equipada, cocina y lavandería. Si necesita estar conectado, ofrece Internet, teléfono y TV. Mi casa es solo uno de los 20 condominios en una propiedad grande. La propiedad es exuberante y tiene una gran piscina que generalmente es solo tuya. La playa está al otro lado de la calle. Venga a disfrutar de mi casa y tenga SUS vacaciones no compartidas con cientos de otros huéspedes del hotel.

Nuevo Vallarta tiene agradables senderos iluminados para caminar por el centro del bulevar. Es fácil llegar a pie a Marival Residence Plaza, donde podrá encontrar fabulosos restaurantes y spa. Paradise Village está justo bajando la calle un paseo más largo. Hay restaurantes en todo Nuevo Vallarta para probar. Mis favoritos son los de Marival Residence Plaza y algunos favoritos locales en las afueras de Nuevo Vallarta.

La playa en Nuevo Vallarta es hermosa y larga, ideal para caminatas. Hay una entrada a la playa al otro lado de la calle del condominio. Los restaurantes en la playa tendrán sillas de playa y palapa disponibles por una tarifa.

Cuando la arena no sea lo tuyo, regresa y disfruta de la piscina de condominios donde puedes usar la ducha al aire libre para lavar la arena y la sal.

Si planea ver el área, puede alquilar un automóvil. Se proporciona estacionamiento en la propiedad del condominio. Es fácil moverse en automóvil, solo tómate tu tiempo.
Si prefiere ser conducido, hay un servicio de Uber, taxi y autobús disponible en la calle. Es asequible y hay taxis disponibles en toda la ciudad.

Recuerde traer un teléfono celular extra. Puede obtener una tarjeta SIM OXXO en la calle y tener acceso completo al servicio celular, Uber, etc. durante su estadía.

Las tiendas de comestibles son abundantes. Tienes SAM, Walmart, Mega, La Comer (mi favorito) y otros a poca distancia de la casa. Costco también está disponible aunque sea un viaje en automóvil más largo. México está bendecido con frutas y verduras frescas durante todo el año.

Tiene una cocina completa: estufa de 5 quemadores, horno tostador, licuadora, refrigerador / congelador con máquina de hielo y muchas ollas y sartenes. El comedor también está repleto de platos y cristalería.

Great location

We stayed at the property last week of 2021. The place is located in a great location, very close to the beach. Very spacious, very nice grounds. The property was very clean and had everything we needed ( fully stacked kitchen, plenty of indoor or beach towels). So me issues we encountered: 1. When we checked in, there was trash and recycling in the kitchen. 2. We have no hot water for the first day as there was something wrong with their water heater. Granted, the owner was very responsive and took care of it very quickly, we still were taking cold showers for 24 hours. 3. All the doors are squeaking so loud, that if someone walks out of the bedroom in the middle of the night, the hulk house can hear it. Also the door into the master bathroom, does not close or locks. It looks like a door has dried out and expand it so much that it does not fit into the frame anymore. 4. One of the toilet got clogged by normal use. Had to run around the property and borrow someone else’s plunger to unplug. While how did have some issues, the owner made every possible attempt to get everything fixed in the very short time. I would still recommend people to stay in this property as this is a gorgeous location, has very nice grounds, and very spacious.

Great location and an amazing pool.

This condo is in the heart of Nuevo Vallarta. It’s a short 30 minute taxi ride from the PV airport. The condo is nicely furnished with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It has all of the conveniences of home, but some of the linens and kitchen utensils need to be replaced. It also has a small patio right out of the back door. Unfortunately major construction, on the outside of the building, started unexpectedly 2 days after we took possession of the condo. It was very noisy with the chipping and grinding, and Linda kindly treated us to a day spa for our inconvenience which was very nice. This property also has an amazing heated swimming pool that we could escape to, as well as the nearby beach. After 2 weeks it became evident that the construction was far from complete and Linda helped us find a place to move to for the last 12 days of our 4 week stay.

Large unit block from the beach

Linda was very easy to work with throughout the booking process and our stay. Answered emails promptly and was very accommodating with our check out time. Bottled water was in unit on arrival and Antonio on site was very helpful, bringing more water, calling taxis and giving directions. Restaurants within walking distance or Uber. Pool area lovely. Easy walk to public access beach. Large, spacious unit, 3 king beds, lots of towels. Well stocked kitchen.

Great location wonderful grounds.

Our vacation was truly wonderful at bugambilias condominium right from the first night to the last night.We spent 8 weeks there the gardener Antonio was especially helpful along with his helper.The condo has all the comforts of a home we had no glitches whatsoever.The swimming pool was fantastic for kids and adults it was a central gathering spot every afternoon for everybody to get together and chat and have a beverage.The location is fantastic one bock to the beach easy access to buses and taxis.We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful amazing vacation.The beach and the people we met during our vacation have made this a truly memorable vacation.

Comfortable. Perfect for easy-going types willing to work with a few inconveniences

The location of the condo is great. The condo itself is spacious and comfortable, and the complex is quiet. The pool is fantastic. Inside the condo was tidy but utensils and some dishes were dirty. There were a couple issues with smelly drains and the washer not working but the host was always easy to reach and kind. Overall we were happy with our stay. If you’re easy going you will be too.

Condominios Bugambillias is a wonderful gated property close to an amazing beach and restaurants

Although an older property the gardens and pool area have been maintained remarkably well , lovely open spaces , flowering bushes, palms and fruit trees maintained by a very friendly , English speaking gardener ,Antonio ,and his helper. The pool area with two palapas and ample seating areas with chaises and chairs can be the social hub ..Residents gather here to enjoy the peaceful surroundings , the pool itself, which is cleaned daily , to read , or to share a drink with friendly neighbours. This specific condo has three good sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds and two recently redone bathrooms with showers , nicely tiled.. it also has upgraded kitchen and laundry appliances and a smart TV .Although it has air conditioning throughout , we found it unnecessary due to the constant breeze from the ocean ,which is a short walk away. The beach, I must add ,is the cleanest, nicest walking beach we have ever spent time near. One drawback of this particular condo was the seating in the living room , which included two fixed based couch areas that were not well suited for watching longer tv programs.The patio off one of two eating areas was a great place to sit in the afternoon shade and enjoy the view of the pool/ garden area . The only drawback being that there were only two comfortable outdoor chairs and, with sleeping for six people , upgraded outdoor seating would make a big difference. That being said , the weather and the people we met and spent time with more than made up for any short comings.Compared with the high rise condos that are taking over most beach areas Condominios Bugambillias is a wonderfully well positioned facility providing an amazing haven away from Canadian winters.

Perfect location, beautiful property

I spent 10 weeks at this condo with a couple of friends. There was more than enough space for us to co-exist yet still have privacy. The grounds of Bugambilia are gorgeous, extremely well maintained by Antonio and his assistant. There are many iguanas and birds to watch. The pool was lovely and large enough for swimming laps. The condo was well equipped and anything we were missing was quickly addressed by the property manager. Beds were very comfortable, living room couches were less so. Lots of towels on hand, washer and dryer worked well. Bus stops are right out front and beach access directly across the street. My only complaint is the traffic noise, a curse of having such a convenient location. Overall, I highly recommend this condo.

Nuevo Vallarta buganbiglia!!!!

I was very please with my stay at the buganbiglia....the strategic location of this condo town house...puts you right in the accessibility of public transportation,the beach across the street and not to mention all the great restaurant's. The place it self is clean and spacious and offers all the comforts of home....I will continue to be a frequent guess of this place..

We lived in Nuevo Vallarta for more than a decade. My late husband managed a hotel. I insisted that we have a home and not live in a hotel room. We bought this condo and made it our home. We love Mexico and especially the people who are very nice and sincere. The local food is also amazing.

Our home is truly a home not just a bare bones vacation rental. It houses many art pieces that we have collected through our travels. It has all the necessities in the kitchen and laundry.

The condo is on a secure property and close to everything in Nuevo Vallarta.

Uber and Taxi service is available at the street and if you rent a car the gated grounds provide security and free parking.
