This beautiful oceanfront property is located in the exclusive Flamingos area of Nuevo Vallarta. The Aria Ocean condo complex is beautiful and well-maintained with spectacular views, making it a great choice for a peaceful and relaxing family getaway. The complex is comprised of three towers of condo units that surround landscaped gardens, a large infinity pool, and a poolside restaurant/bar serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to residents and guests. In addition, Aria Ocean has a quiet private beach adjacent to its private beachside pool.

This is a double unit in Tower 2 on the 6th floor and features two private terraces overlooking the pools and gardens, with a view of the ocean and the mountains. This unit accommodates up to 6 guests and features two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen, a living area/common space with a futon bed/sofa, and two private terraces. The master bedroom features a queen bed with an attached private bath and private terrace that is accessed via floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors with screens and sunshades and is furnished with two lounge chairs and two large shade umbrellas. The second bedroom has a queen bed.

The kitchen is very well-equipped with a full-size fridge/freezer, gas range, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, 5-gallon electric purified water dispenser with hot/cold/room temp settings, and everything needed to prepare in-home meals. It is well-stocked with a wide assortment of silverware, cooking utensils, knife set, pots and pans, plates/bowls, cups/mugs, cocktail glasses, and ice cube trays. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible in your home away from home.

The living room/common area features a fashionable sofa/futon-bed that can accommodate 1-2 people, as needed. There is a breakfast table with 4 chairs and seat cushions, a built-in desk for those needing to work remotely, a flat screen TV and DVD player, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors with screens and sunshades. The common terrace area has a table with 4 chairs and seat cushions, 2 large sun umbrellas, a ceiling fan and light, a gas grill, and extra power strips.

Additional features include AC units in both bedrooms and the common space, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, both terraces, and the common room, wifi access, hot water, electricity/gas, a parking spot, laundry room with washer and dryer, door stoppers on all doors to allow for cross breeze, linens, extra outlets and power strips, a wireless phone charger, a small safe for guest use, a first aid kit, several beach chairs and beach umbrellas, beach towels, collapsible coolers with ice packs for guest use, several boogie boards, a wagon for hauling items to the beach and pool, food storage containers and baggies, trash bags, soaps, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towel, tissues, shower items, and reusable grocery bags for shopping.

Guest Access:
- Guests have access to this unit and all common areas, such as the infinity pool, the beach pool, the private beach area, the cabanas, the lounge chairs, and the restaurant.
- A parking spot is available inside the Aria Ocean security gate for those with a rental car. We need advance notice if you will have a car so we can let security know.

Getting Around:
- Aria Ocean has a security booth to keep the complex safe and secure. The guards can also help you call for a taxi, if needed.
- Aria Ocean is about 20 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport
- Aria Ocean is about 10-15 minutes from Bucerías, a quaint local town with markets, restaurants and shops.
- Nuevo Vallarta has an abundance of restaurants and shops within a 10-15 minute drive.
- Vallarta Adventure Tours has a location 13 minutes from the complex.
- Aria Ocean is only five minutes from several large grocery stores – La Comer and Mega.

Helpful Information:
- Aria Ocean is a private condominium, not a hotel. Daily cleaning is not included, but you are able to pay for extra cleaning services for $20 USD/service. This will need to be arranged in advance.
- The pool is open from 9a-11p
- The onsite restaurant/bar is open until 7:30p with service in the pool area. They will deliver to your unit for a tip.
- They also stock 5 gallon drinking water jugs for use in the dispenser for about $45 pesos and will deliver to your unit for a tip.
