Welcome to Some Beach, the ideal destination for your next family vacation! This spacious retreat comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and is pet friendly, so no member of the family gets left behind!

The fully fenced back yard, complete with locking gates, lets your pets roam freely and safely, while a designated dog relief area, equipped with fire hydrants and complimentary poo bags, ensures their comfort is taken care of too.

Some of the standout features of this property include the inviting backyard oasis, a large deck with a relaxing pool, a screened in porch with a hot tub, and a variety of entertainment options like foosball, board games, and plenty of yard games.

Parking is a breeze with free onsite parking for up to 6 cars, plus room for a boat or golf cart. Conveniently located on the quieter east end of the beach, you will be just 3 blocks from the beach access. To make your beach outings stress free, we even provide a selection of beach gear, including a wagon to easily transport everything you need.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready for all your culinary creations, while the outdoor propane grill is perfect for cooking up delicious meal al fresco.

For breathtaking views, head to the spacious upper balcony to watch the sunrise.

We had a wonderful stay in PCB! The house was exactly what we needed! The hot tub and pool and outdoor entertaining space were perfect! The house is beautiful and very easily walkable to the beach! We loved our week stay and would 100% recommend!

Fantastic property close to everything in PCB. The host communicated just enough to let us know that they cared about our stay, but not too much as we’ve experienced before. Rooms and beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet even though it was a holiday weekend. Will stay again if in PCB and it’s available.

Exactly What We Wanted!

This place was beautiful! Very clean and well represented on the listing. The outdoor shower was perfect for washing off all of that sand we brought back with us from the beach! We couldn’t have asked for more…and all just a short distance to the beach that was easily walkable for most in our group.

Family vacation

The house was lovely. Plenty of room and the pool was a big hit. Close to a lot of things . If I would say anything negative was the floorrs were not clean and I found clothes still in one of the drawers.

It was great place to stay, we usually stay right on the beach but we brought a dog with us and thought having a house would just be easier and it was. It had a cute little pet area. The house was clean, has everything you need other then a pizza pan . The pool was nice and the hot tub was very relaxing. Close to the beach!! There was beach chairs you could use and a wagon some other things to make it less chaotic. We had a really nice time and would definitely stay here again.

Nice get away

We wanted a place we could take our dogs. This was a great place. The host was very accommodating with blankets for the dogs and beach towels and beach equipment for us. Lots of beds. Only two full baths that could cause a problem depending on how many you have staying. The kitchen and all was equipped with all we need. There was not a lot of space for dogs out back to potty but we would take them for a walk. I would definitely recommend you staying there. Not on beach but can walk.
