Amplio apartamento con 2 dormitorios, 5 camas, 2 sofás cama y 2 baños nuevos. Este lugar es ideal para cualquiera que desee experimentar la cultura única de Montreal con la familia o los amigos.

El apartamento está totalmente equipado e incluye:
- Pantalla plana de TV HD de 2 ", con Netflix y cable
 - Internet de alta velocidad gratuito (Wi-Fi).
- 5 electros incluyendo lavavajillas.
- Aire acondicionado y calefacción.
- Volver balcón con barbacoa..
- colchones de espuma de memoria de calidad
- Cafetera Keurig con vainas.
- Aparcamiento disponible por una pequeña tarifa.
- Ropa de cama y toallas.
- Adecuado para los niños: trona y una cuna siempre
- Ofrecemos: ropa de cama, toallas, papel higiénico, toallas de papel, champú, aceite de oliva, especias básicas, papel de aluminio y productos de limpieza para el hogar (jabón para lavar ropa, jabón para manos, etc.)


Puede alojar cómodamente hasta 12 personas con sus dos dormitorios con una cama de matrimonio en la primera y dos camas individuales que se pueden elegir para dividir o unir para hacer la cama de matrimonio, también existe la litera completa / llena y la 2 sofás-cama. Todos con colchones de espuma de memoria de calidad.

Todas las tiendas y servicios (panadería, supermercado, farmacia, tiendas de moda, bares, restaurantes que les nombre ...) se encuentran a 100 metros. Autobuses y taxis en frente del edificio, estación de metro Mount-Royal (300 m) y estaciones BIXI (alquiler de bicicletas desde Montreal) para proporcionar acceso a los principales lugares culturales cercanos en minutos. In my opinion, this place is good for adult outing. The surrounding area is more for adults activities, such as dinning, shopping, urban living...etc. i definitely give a 90% accuracy to what the description from expedia.ca. The only negative thing review is the first step from the pediatrician walk to the unit entrance is challenging.

Great place to stay! This apartment was stocked with everything we needed, including lots of coffee. The owners were very responsive when we had questions or requests. We had plenty of space to spread out. Even a cute little back patio. Great location if you are looking for restaurants, cafes, bars, grocery stores & shopping right at your finger tips. Bike rental is at the end of the block & parks very close. Uber was also very accessible in this area. We stayed in Montreal a few days & did not rent a car, it was no problem getting around.

Great Location!

We were not familiar with the area when we booked, but really lucked out! 100% Walkable neighborhood with tons of restaurant options out the front door. Short walk to the metro station as well. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great spot in the heart of a lovely neighborhood

Would definitely recommend this apartment for a trip to Montreal. The unit was clean and located in a great neighborhood with excellent dining options and shopping. We hope to return!

Great location! Good amenities.

Place was clean, roomy and convenient to shops, restaurants and life. Beds and pillows were amazing comfy. Good water pressure. Nice kitchen.

Great unit in a great location

This place was a very nice surprise. Many restaurants are close by an in the summer the street is blocked to traffic. Great size for a family. Would definitely repeat.

Wonderful location and cozy, clean property

We were in Montreal for a few days to attend a wedding and stayed at this wonderful property. The location is fantastic and it is so easy to communicate with the team. The home is clean and has plenty of towels, cooking utensils and space. Would love to visit again!

The best in Montreal

We had never been to Montreal, but are confident this has to be the best place to stay/ best host in Montreal! The place accommodated a large group perfectly. The area was fantastic! Yann and the team are 11 on scale of 10 with assistance, communication, hospitality.

Perfect Montreal Stay

The apartment was clean, extremely well stocked fir any cooking needs. Large cozy dining room table where we dined on our finds at the various markets. The responsivenesses to any questions was uncannily prompt and helpful. A great stay in a great location in Montreal.

Spacious apartment in good location

Martin and team were very helpful throughout our entire stay. The apartment is in a very convenient location with access to downtown and all the restaurants in the plateau. The apartment was spacious and clean with all the amenities required to have a great visit.

Nice property in good condition and great location to everything the Plateau has to offer. Check-in was hampered by inflexibility to leave bags at the residence before check in. Also links sent to register and check in via messaging in the app were not hyperlinked making it a difficult copy and paste into a browser. Overall a good experience though.

Location Location Location!

Excellent property with everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Montreal. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, week stocked kitchen, lots of room! Perfect location with great shopping, eating, strolling and music. Short walk to the train station to easily navigate the city. We will be back and will not doubt stay at this property it was perfect. We felt like locals! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Fantastic apartment in a great location

Yann and team have a beautiful apartment that looks larger than the photos provided. They were available throughout the stay to ensure we were comfortable. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of linens available for the group. The street has many amazing restaurants and we were a short walk away from the metro. I highly recommend staying at this apartment!

Perfect location and flexibility for check-in!

We came to Montreal for a girls weekend and thouroughly enjoyed staying here. My flight landed early and the owners made the space available to me early to drop off luggage, even though the previous guests had just checked out and the place was still being cleaned. The location was perfect and allowed for us to walk everyone. Very comfortable for the group and we had everything we needed. Would love to return for my next trip to Montreal.

Great location!

This apartment was a great location for getting to know the Plateau - it's the main drag in the neighborhood and only allows pedestrian traffic in the summer. It is a great location for walking or taking public transit to other places in MTL and I wish we had brought our bikes! The apartment itself is very well appointed and interactions with property managers were terrific. We would happily return!

Great spot

Great part of town - very close to good restaurants and shopping. Close enough to walk to major tourist sites an easy and pleasant walk if you can walk several miles in a day. Front step into the entry stairwell is rather steep and a half step added would benefit people with knee or hip issues. Overall, great apartment with good accommodations -close to bakeries, grocery stores, fruit and veggies stores, and liquor store if you choose to eat in.

Nice ans cozy apartment

The amenities and room layout were nicer than described. Having the bedroom with a bunkbed with its own living room and ensuite bathroom was a pleasant surprise where our teens had their own space to hang out giving adults our space - a very roomy dining area and a filly equipped kitchen. Each room was furnished very nicely and gave cozy comfortable feelings. The owner was super responsive to our messages and a great location with grocery stores, lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommended! Thank you.

We are a couple in their thirties who have met 15 years ago working in restaurants. Being manager and waiter in that industry made us realize the importance of listening to our clients and how everything is in the details. We then found that we shared the same concerns: the quality of customer service and a real passion for Montreal!

After much discussion, we decided to pursue this to another level in the rental industry. We started with two apartments in 2011. We then continued to expand our business eversince. Now parents of two, we love running our family business and our 17 apartments. With our small yet friendly and professionnal team, we are dedicated to provide the best and responsive customer service, clean, stylish and fully-stocked locations so you can have a memorable stay in our beautiful city.
