This home truly has room for your family to spread out and enjoy.
The kitchen is stocked with the basics. A electric stove top, oven, microwave. The kitchen has a Keurig, crockpot, toaster, pots and pans and more!
Dishes are provided for you to cook a family meal.
The living room opens up to allow seating for 5 with a couches and 2 casual sitting chair. A 50" TV with Roku for you to log in and enjoy any of your streaming apps. Complimentary WI-FI for guests to use.
Escape the hustle and embrace tranquility! Our peaceful lakeview home invites you to unplug, unwind, and reconnect with the north woods.
There is no garage available for guest use, outdoor parking only. You can park up to 2 cars.
Deck with chairs available during summer months. Firepit area with additional seating to gather around the campfire. Kayak free of charge for guests to use. Life vests are required. Room for one boat to dock on public dock, you will tie off to the end of the dock. Safety is our main concern when it comes to all outdoor activities, so please use caution near the water!! Thank you. No Life guard on duty, swim at your own risk. Inflatable paddle board, games, swimming beach, small play ground.

DOG FRIENDLY
We LOVE dogs and we want our guests to enjoy their vacation with the whole family, including the furry members :-) That being said, please be mindful of whether our home is appropriate for your dog. We do charge a 125$ non refundable pet fee per stay.
We may not be the vacation rental for you if your dog:
*Consider barking to be a favorite pastime;
*Chew things other than bones;
*Like to visit the neighbors unsupervised (we do not have a fenced-in yard), and/or;
*Use the house as a bathroom.
Please bring all needed dog items with you, we allow up to one 65 lbs dog. We ask that your dog be supervised when at the cabin and crated when you are not. Also, it should not need to be said (but unfortunately needs to be, as we have had guests leave enough surprises for us), but PLEASE pick up after your dogs!! It is NOT the responsibility of our cleaners. Pet damages will be invoiced to the guest if damages is above our pet fee of 125$. Guest is fully responsible for their pet while staying with us.
This cabin is located within Blueberry Hill Resort and campground. The cabin is located within other cabins and campers. There are area resort like amenities located on the property with shared access to all cabins and campers. Steps from Johnny B's Lakeshore Grill and Bar. Access to playground and lake within the resort.
About the Lake: Blueberry Lake is a 292 acre lake located in Sawyer County. It has a maximum depth of 29 feet. Visitors have access to the lake from a public boat landing. Fish include Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye.
This house is professionally managed by 1919 Properties LLC. We look forward to welcoming you to Mysa Stuga.
The first 50% of your reservation total will be charged at the time of booking.
The second 50% of your reservation will be charged sixty (60) days prior to your check in.
USE OF PREMISES. It is understood and agreed by the Parties, that the Tenant shall use the demised premises for the purpose of vacationing only. Landlord does not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25), unless they are supervised at all times by an adult or guardian or parent. By renting this property, the Tenant agrees there will be no vacationing students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25) in the premises, unless they are so supervised. Violation of such paragraph, would terminate the tenancy at the time of knowledge, forfeiting any and all security deposit and still require the Tenant to pay for the full term of the occupancy, without recourse.
FIREWORKS: It is hereby understood and agreed by all parties that no fireworks may be set off at any time, in the premises or on the grounds. Violation of this provision will be subject to a $500 fine per occurrence plus the Tenant will be responsible for any and all damages to the property and to the property of any neighbors. Again, there are absolutely NO fireworks allowed to be discharged on premises.
ITEMS PROVIDED. Landlord shall provide all bedding, basic kitchen accessories, kitchen, hand and dish soap, fire pit.
ITEMS NOT PROVIDED. The Guest shall be responsible for providing the following, but not limited, items: beach towels, bathroom soap and hair shampoo, firewood (if you want to have a bonfire and something to light the fire with), yard toys (like volleyball, frisbees, soccer ball, softball and bat, football to play catch with), DVD's for a rainy day, and board games. It is also understood that there is not a landline telephone at the premises.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. It is hereby agreed and understood by all parties, that the maximum number of guests on-site is limited to the maximum occupancy listed in the description above. In the event, a Tenant is determined that more than the max occupancy of guests are on-site, other than visiting, this may be grounds for immediate eviction and all advance payments will be forfeited.
CAMPERS OR TENTS: No campers or tents are allowed on-premises.
CHECK OUT TIME: is 10:00 AM. If no prior arrangements have been made for a late checkout, you may be charged up to $150 per hour to cover the extra time housekeeping must wait.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. It is understood and agreed by the parties, that any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be grounds for immediate eviction and all advance payments will be forfeited.
INDEMNIFICATION. It is hereby understood and agreed that 1919 Properties, LLC, Property Owners and its employees, agents, or principals and assigns, shall not be liable for any and all damage or injury to or of the Tenant, Tenant's family, guests, invitees, agents or employees or other persons entering the premises and Tenant hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold 1919 Properties LLC and Property Owners harmless for any and all claims or assertions of any kind or nature as a result of injuries which may occur on the premises. This indemnification includes, but is not limited to, any damage or injury which may be incurred by Tenant, Tenant's family, guests, invitees, agents or employees or to any other person for damages or injuries which may arise from any contact, act, inaction, interaction from any and all animals, domestic or wild, which such damage or injury occurs on the premises.
EMERGENCY ACCESS. It is understood and agreed that the Landlord shall have access to the premises at all times for emergency purposes. If it is a non-emergency, Landlord shall be required to provide Tenant with a twenty-four (24) hour notice, which may be verbal and/or written. Tenant agrees to not unreasonably withhold access to the premises.
IMPORTANT: You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $3,000 In "All-Risk" Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection. With "all-risk" protection, all accidental damage from guests is covered unless it's specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. Pet damages will be invoiced to the guest if damages is above our pet fee of 125$. Guest is fully responsible for their pet while staying with us.
