This Rapid City home blends peace and quiet with outdoor adventure for those who like to keep busy! There is a private dock that has easy access to the entire Chain of Lakes including Torch Lake, Elk Lake, Clam Lake and Lake Skegemog. You can take your private boat right from the house to the famous Torch Lake Sand Bar! You can easily rent and keep the boat at the house or bring your own and only have to launch in and out once!

Outdoors, the house sits on almost an acre of land with plenty of room for outdoor games, enjoying the fire pit or sitting on the large deck. There is room for you to enjoy sitting on the dock and watching the sunset! For outdoor enthusiasts, you can take the paddle boat or the Kayaks! In the summer, you can hike or bike the Seven Bridges Nature Area or head to Shanty Creek Resort for snow sports in the winter!

Inside the house boasts 4 inviting bedrooms. Lower-level room includes 1 queen bed with a half bath next to it for guests to enjoy. Upper level includes primary room with 1 king bed and an attached bathroom with a soaking tub and a separate stand-up shower. Upper level also has a second room with a queen bed and a third room has full bunk beds. (There is a trundle bed for use, it's just hard to pull out). The third bathroom is also on the upper floor which includes a tub/shower combo. Amenities like a hair dryer, towels and toiletries are also included. (There is a pull-out couch in the game room seating area. If you'd like that pulled out beforehand, please let us know)!

There is also plenty of room for all to spread out! You can sit peacefully in one living room and watch TV or sit in the other and enjoy a book or drink by the fireplace. Coming off the lake or having a rainy day, you can play a round of pool or use the shuffleboard in the large game room. There is also a cozy sitting area in the game room if you want to feel like part of the fun or just feel like resting! The all-seasons room is also there for storage or to use as another seating area. A fully stocked kitchen and large dining room with plenty of seating is yours to use!

If planning to enjoy your golf game or ski trip or just need some storage for your stay, the two-car garage will also be available to store your clubs, snowmobiles or any other belongings to lock up.

Alden is less than 5 minutes away! Wine tasting, swimming areas, grocery store, unique shops and restaurant's

Bellaire and Elk Rapids are close and has Shorts Brewery and unique shops and restaurants.

Traverse City is a 30–40-minute drive. You can go to the vibrant downtown where all the shopping, breweries and restaurants are or you can drive a little further to Mission Peninsula were all the wineries and beautiful scenery is!

Schuss Mountain is the closest for the snow enthusiast, but Crystal Mountain and Boyne are all within reach!

You can fish right off the Rapid River and Torch River or head to another one of the chain of lakes.
