The overlooking backyard also features a putting green for golfers or just recreational fun during your stay. The master suite includes a very spacious walk-in closet; dual sinks, sunken tub, separate toilet room. With a welcoming atmosphere, guests will feel right at home in this terrific space featuring two additional bedrooms that include 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed that share a guest bathroom. Enjoy the amazing office space with a comfy futon for relaxation. The living room; dining room and kitchen also boast backyard waterfront views as well as putting green for guest use. This is a home away from home- literally! I live in my home part-time. As such, I’m particular about renting to responsible and respectful adults who will meticulously care for my home as I do.

I chose this neighborhood because I have family living nearby. The original golf course, gated community and my waterfront view lot captivated my attention. There was something so peaceful about the views.

The waterfront view lot with my putting green in the backyard! Relax on the covered patio and just meditate or read a book.
My home has upgraded flooring unlike many homes with cold tile floors…. the luxury wood floors in the common areas and higher end carpet in the bedrooms are something that you will come to appreciate.
Surround sound system in the living room/great room. The fireplace adds an element of romance and warm festive atmosphere during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday season!
The water softener system provided pleasurable showers and baths. The Reverse Osmosis system in the kitchen assures good quality water for drinking and cooking!
The separate office could be used as a fourth sleeping area with the right booking!
