Summary:
We welcome you and your family to come relax in this newly constructed home centrally-located five minutes from Magnolia Silos, shopping and Homestead Heritage. This home has a full kitchen, a generous sized living room, a dining area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The Space:
This new home is farmhouse inspired to be comfortable and relaxing for guests visiting Central Texas. We have a plenty of space in the living room to sit and relax. The kitchen is fully functional for cooking meals or preparing a snack.
The dining area can be used for mealtimes or playing games!
This home is designed for families or friends and can easily accommodate six adults and two children.

Guest Access:
Guests have complete access to the whole house, backyard and plenty of space to park next to the house with additional street parking.

The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is being renovated and many new changes are being made. We consider it safe and live nearby. Some of the houses were built many years ago and are now being purchased and restored to beautiful homes.

Other Things to Note:
One small double bed is located in the bedroom and doubles as a seating area when not needed for sleeping. However, young children may find this more suitable than adults as it is a special type of pull out bed.

Interaction with Guests:
I am available at all times for guests. I also have two co-hosts that are happy to help guests as well. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you need anything during your stay!
