We loved this home for our stay visiting family. It was much more spacious that expected. The location was great, so easy to to walk to town. Communication with the owner was also so easy. We hope to stay here again for future visits!

The property is new and very nicely done. Kimberley is an amazing host, very responsive and goes above and beyond to support us in ensuring we have a comfortable stay. The only heads up is the train which is fairly loud and at odd times of the day that you need to get used to.

This was a great location. walking distressing into town with shops, restaurant. Wery safer. The house is it's gorgeous, you put something in my head from Georges. Extremely clean. There were extra sheets, extra linen, a closet with toilet paper towels and well smacked coffe. Host communicated through out the stay.

This is a beautiful property. Definitely would refer people. Brand new build house with crisp white Egyptian cotton sheets, soft white towels so comfortable the little touches were great. Improvements would be minor: maybe oven mits/pot holders, Maybe some small mixing bowls but other than that it was an amazing place. One other note the back yard was the perfect size for the little one to play safely. Overall we loved it! Thank you!!

The Chestnut was a stunning and comfortable place to lay our heads each night on a recent trip to Celina. We spent a few prior days at an upscale 5star hotel in Dallas yet we were far more comfortable in this well appointed residence. The decor is stunning, linens are pure luxury and the location to the sweet old town center of Celina can't be beat. Easy and safe walking paths are abundant in this truly charming streeet of idyllic dwellings. I'd reccomend dining at The Silos just down the road. We watched Thursday Night Football on a massive outdoor TV while enjoying great food and a lovely mild fall evening. We pretended to belong, even had an opportunity to utter the word "y'all" a time or two. This host is exceptional and went beyond any experience we've had with this and other short term rental sites. She was proactively communicative durning our whole stay and expressed genuine interest in accomodating us.There is a regular running train close to the house that we became accustomed to after the first night, however, i'd still reccomend bringing earplugs/airpods!Thank you for offerring such a lovely place at an unbeatable price point! We would definitely stay here again.
