¡Esto es el paraíso! La espectacular vista del agua te quita el aliento. Nuestra playa privada hace que quieras meter los dedos de los pies en la arena blanca o dejar que tu mente se aleje mientras te acuestas en una de nuestras hamacas y escuchas la brisa del océano. Esta residencia frente al mar cuenta con una gran piscina reluciente y una increíble barbacoa cubierta construida en un área de parrilla de gas rodeada de hermosos paisajes. Hay orquídeas exóticas y numerosas palmeras impresionantes en toda la propiedad. Después de disfrutar el día, disfrute de una hermosa puesta de sol mientras las espectaculares luces del paisaje le dan a la propiedad una dimensión completamente diferente. Luego relájate alrededor de la fogata mientras tostas malvaviscos. Disfrute de su café matutino en nuestro balcón con mosquitero del segundo piso o una copa de vino al anochecer cuando el agua brille de oro ámbar; de cualquier manera, la vista es maravillosa.
Esta es una casa de dos pisos. En el nivel superior, encontrará un plano de planta abierto bellamente amueblado con una hermosa cocina, comedor, sala familiar grande, dos dormitorios y dos baños. En la habitación familiar, disfrute de un gran televisor de pantalla plana, cable, reproductor de DVD, internet inalámbrico, un amplio sofá de cuero seccional y una acogedora sala de estar separada. La nueva cocina totalmente equipada tiene encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Despierta al paraíso con una impresionante vista al mar en la suite principal, completa con cama king size, baño privado completo y TV de pantalla plana. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos literas, un colchón extraíble (cinco camas individuales) y un televisor de pantalla plana adicional. El segundo baño completo grande está en el pasillo accesible para todos.
Nuestra casa está ubicada en Largo Sound, que es parte del Parque Estatal John Pennekamp. Puede nadar, pescar, hacer snorkel, kayak, canoa, wakeboard, esquí acuático, ir en bote o ver un delfín ocasional directamente desde la playa privada de su casa. Tenemos una cuenca para botes disponible a una corta distancia a pie con una rampa para botes e instalaciones de atraque.
Nuestra casa está convenientemente ubicada cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y supermercados. Todas las comodidades te esperan en Key Largo.

Super Relaxing

Wonderful place! This house was the best of both worlds. Private but a very short drive to so much stuff the kids loved. Great food just 2-3 minutes away. The place was super clean… Beds were comfortable. Just the perfect vacation.

Beautiful Paradise

We had a fabulous time at this home. We have been coming down to the keys for many years and thought this house was perfect and has a beautiful view. Lillie is very responsive and wonderful. The house is very well maintained and everything at the house was in working order - I’m not sure what that one other review could have been referring to. Sheets and towels even presented like a hotel. Would definitely go back. Five stars! :)

Beautiful views; house needs updates

The view in the back yard with the pool and the water is amazing. The house, though, is in need of many updates. The furniture is very uncomfortable and falling part, the beds in the guest bedroom are not for sleeping in (looks like homemade beds), pots and pans could not use; too rusty and old, worm out; only one pad for the lounge chairs of which there were 4; the refrigerator needs to be replaced as it works on half power and the door gets hot; only given one key and with guests using the downstairs bedroom we had to share the key, which was very inconvenient. The owner, though, is very responsive. We had to have the grill, stove and washing machine replaced while we were there and she was right on it. So glad for that!! With a little more TLC on the owner's part, this is a paradise as she states. The view and the pool are wonderful, but the rest of the house needs many updates and small things taken care of.

Location, location, location A very comfortable house on the Key Largo sound. Adjacent mangrove sanctuary from which iguana, crane, ibis will emerge and visit. You can kayak to the Pennekamp state park. This house is truly situated in paradise. We hope to rent again

Paradise!

This house is wonderful - like staying at your own private resort. Lillie was very helpful when we had a couple challenges and everything was taken care of promptly. Kitchen well equipped, plenty of towels, even beach towels for the pool. Beds very comfortable, and the 3rd bedroom downstairs was a great place for guests, giving them privacy with their own suite. Neighborhood very safe - great for walking. Would definitely rent again.

Lillie keeps an amazing home. She has an adorable house and was so attentive to all our needs. We spent a month there and loved her heated pool. The back yard pool area is an oasis. It’s very restful. The grill and bar area for outside cooking and entertaining was lots of fun. The only thing that was disappointing was that the water at the beach was not good for swimming

Paradise is the correct name for this property!

This property made this a beautiful month and one we hate to leave. The owner even installed a pool heater for us when it turned a bit chilly. The house is perfect for families and friends. Nice outside spaces to relax in hammock or sit by a warm fire at night. Beautifully landscaped and beautifully lit up at night. Just perfect!

Beautiful Property & home. A real beach , just beyond the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay for the month of February 2018 . The owner takes a lot of pride in her home & property . She had some damage from Irma, but worked really hard to get it ready for us. Any time we called her with a question she was very helpful. The home is nicely decorated , comfortable & easy to be in. Loved the master bedroom with it’s beautiful view . The screen porch was great . Spent a lot of time out there . Saw some pretty sunrises . Spent many afternoons enjoying the beach ,Kayaks & canoe are available . The sound is a great place to paddle around in. We will definitely stay there again.

Great Property and great time!

Wife and I spent our 32nd anniversary at this lovely home on the water. Had to be one of the best experiences we have had with VRBO rentals. Pool, kayaks, waterfront, views, privacy and 3 minutes from John Pennekamp Park where we took excursion snorkel trips....doesn't get any better! Owner answered questions and was available by cell phone. Definitely on our RETURN list! Next time we plan to rent a boat and cruise the area!

Amazing location and property!

We had a great time, the owner has a great taste and really made the place exceptional! We had a great time with the kayaks and swimming in the water. The pool and barbeque was a big plus along the fire pit. Seeing the moon rise over the horizon was spectacular. There are just many great things to say about this place!

Urlaub wie im Paradies

Das Haus mit eigenem Pool und Privatstrand sowie den Kajaks/Kanu ist ein Paradies. Das Paddeln und Schnorcheln im Naturschutzgebiet war aufregend schön. Sehr netter Kontakt. Als Deutscher ist die Bezahlung der Kaution und danach der Miete per Check allerdings nicht gerade günstig. Der Versuch mit einer Banküberweisung ist gescheitert, weil letztendlich die Kontonummer wohl falsch war. Wir haben auf jeden Fall einen schönen Urlaub gehabt.

Lovely waterfront home.

We stayed for a week with our 5 kids ages 11-19. We LOVED IT. The home is located on Largo Sound which is a shallow sound. The water is warm and suitable for snorkeling. We used the kayaks and canoes. Just missed seeing a dolphin one day (neighbors saw it). The sunrises are amazing. The tropical landscaping is professional grade. The decorating inside the house was also very good. The owner is definitely a shopper. :-) There is a humongous TV in the family room (probably 70"). Great for sports. We used the kitchen a lot and were satisfied with the full complement of utensils, pans, etc. We stayed during the high season and feel like it's very reasonably priced. I'd highly recommend.

Perfect Holiday!

We stayed for a week with our 11 year old and 5 year old and it could not have been more idyllic. The view was heavenly especially at sunrise. On the days we wanted to rest at the house, the shallow pool was perfect for keeping the kids occupied and playing nicely with minimum worry for the grown-ups. We explored in the kayaks daily, finding iguanas and egrets on each trip. We lazed in the hammock on the small, private beach while the kids built sand castles. We watched some football on the large TV and slept in late in the comfy beds. The internet worked well for us so we could check work emails as needed. The kitchen was well equipped and there is a Publix nearby. We also ventured out and discovered lots of yummy restaurants. We made a day trip to Key West, swam with the dolphins at Theatre of the Sea, fed the tarpons at Robbie's, and took a glass bottom boat ride at Pennekamp State Park right next door. The owners were lovely to work with. We highly recommend this house and hope to be back next year!

AWESOME Time and Place

This was the perfect place in every single way. Relaxing scenery, beautiful private beach with a great view, awesome pool, clean house and close to all kinds of local attractions in Key Largo and close to the local grocery store to get items for meals. Would highly recommend this house to anyone, and especially to families. My kids never wanted to get out of the pool, neither did I. Sun up to sun down half of the time we were there. It was just outstanding and we can't wait to go back next year!

Great place for a family getaway!

My wife and I stayed for a week with our 5 and 7yo and we had a blast. The outdoor area is very private, both interior and exterior are nicely appointed and comes most everything you need for outdoor living and cooking, which means pretty much all you need to bring is your clothes and food to cook! We used this as our base and toured southern Florida and the Keys since the property is ideally located about half way between Miami and the Everglades to the north and Key West to the south. It's only 5 minutes away from a great grocery store and close enough that we were still able to get Pizza and Chinese delivered the couple of the nights we didn't feel like cooking or going out! Pool is great, not too deep and leads to a sandy beach where our kids played daily after returning from whatever we'd set out to do for the day. Only issue we had was the internet was down - Lillie had Comcast out to fix it but they never were able to - so we had to rely on our phones for the internet. Highly recommend and we'll likely be coming back in 2015!

Perfect place to wind down!

Beautiful home, on the water, clean and easily accessible. Pictures are accurate, but don't reflect the many high quality amenities! (kitchen, bedding, towels). We loved the views from the family room to the pool/water, and spent many hours swimming and kayaking (kayaks included!). Lillie kindly responded to all emails and details were worked out easily and quickly. She left recommendations for restaurants- we tried 5 of them and loved each one. We snorkeled at J Pennykamp State park, (1/2 mile away) and drove to Anne's beach, both worth a trip. If you want to relax in a beautiful and well maintained home in a gorgeous Key's atmosphere, this is for you.... our teens found lots to do, eat and especially loved the HUGE tv on the wall in the family room during the few rainy spells. We'd definitily recommend and return!

Wonderful relaxing atmosphere

DG from Dallas, TX My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing week in this very clean house with all we needed. We also especially enjoyed local restaurants and evenings watching the sunset while eating out at very nearby places with great views and good food. From here, Miami and Key West were both fun day trips. We found Key Largo to be a friendly place and will return.

Great place

This is a perfect place for a couple or a small family. Private beach and pool, plenty of places in the sun or shade. There are 2 one person kayaks for your use and a canoe. The house is an easy paddle to the John Pennenkamp state park. The sound of the wind in all of the palm trees was really cool. The house was very clean and well kept with nice TV's and appliances. Make sure you take the 30 min drive to the Everglades park. well worth the trip. Even better than the pics show.

Amazing Rental Home!

Absolute paradise! My family loved the relaxing, calming views of the water and listening to the palm trees in the beautiful breezes. The listing description was accurate regarding location and the property was clean and very well maintained. The home was comfortable and relaxing, we didn't want to leave! The photos reflect the home, but it is even more beautiful in person. Lillie was amazing and very easy to work with whenever we had questions. We would definitely recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay here again if ever in the Key Largo area.

Our new vacation spot!!!

Beautifully maintained and absolutely perfect for some fun, sun and relaxation. Great location and always a cool ocean breeze. This home is our new Keys vacation home for my family!! We had an amazing time in this home! The kids explored, went kayaking and swam EVERY day! The home is very welcoming and nicely decorated. It is also near the state park, Publix and great restaurants. We cooked often and utilized their outdoor kitchen and enjoyed a family meal poolside. We plan on making this home our vacation home every time we visit Key Largo!! Lillian was wonderful to work with when reservations and accommodations were being made...thank you so much!! We will definitely be back again!
