Main/top floor is for up to 2 guests (base price); and the lower level featuring 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, children play area and washer/dryer is available for additional fee, please inquire. This is a multi-level home so please take caution especially when using stairs and dock; you are responsible for the safety of your children and visitors. There are outdoor Ring security cameras at front and back doors for your added protection, please do not touch or tamper, a fine of $500 may be imposed, thanks.

TERMS & CONDITIONS effective upon booking: No refunds on early departure. Additional fee applies with single occupancy. Only registered guests are allowed on property; no events, no parties. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and you must contact VRBO to cancel your reservation. Children are welcome, however, there may be conditions in and around the unit/property that may pose hazards to them, as well as to adults. Children must be supervised at all times. Candles/fires are not allowed on property; No smoking inside (cigarettes, cannibas or vapes). Please take caution using stairs as this is a multi-level home; you are responsible for the safety of your children and visitors. No smoking / No fires / No fireworks. Guest gives consent all disputes will be settled to the jurisdiction of the state, superior district, small claims and federal courts located in Washington State.

INDEMNITY: Guest understands that Owner is held harmless from any claims from insurance and their visitors, and any natural acts of God. Owners do not assume any liability or responsibility for any injuries occurring during your stay with us; Guests and their visitors will hold Owners harmless from any litigation and insurance claims. A fine of $500 if guest is found in violation of House Rules and/or Terms & Conditions. In the event Guest initiates a chargeback, Guest agrees to pay an administration fee of $500 to Owner regardless of the outcome of dispute. Owner has final judgment in dispute.
