Esta propiedad renovada capacidad para 12 personas con 5 dormitorios + 3 baños completos - todos de una sola planta - en el sur de Rehoboth.

La excelente ubicación hace que sea inmejorable para su precio. Aparcar el coche en la calzada y caminar a todo. Sólo 3 + 1/2 cuadras de la playa / paseo marítimo, 1 + 1/2 cuadras a Silver Lake & parque infantil, 3 + 1/2 cuadras de la avenida de Rehoboth restaurantes, bares y tiendas.

Si prefiere quedarse en la casa es perfecta para el entretenimiento con su diseño abierto, fácil de piso que fluye fuera de la zona del patio, protegido por una valla de privacidad. Cocinar en la cocina o en la parrilla en el patio.

DR está abierto a la LR + cocina. Asientos Tabla 8 cómodamente - 12 si usted es un grupo cercano.

Las opciones de entretenimiento abundan con TV por cable / BluRay / DVD, Wi-Fi, un montón de libros y juegos de mesa, incluso clásico de Nintendo.

A 5 star experience. Great house, location, and amenities. Would definitely stay there again. Karen is extremely accommodative and accessible to answer any questions.Don’t forget to bring toiletries, paper towels and napkins. We used “sheets on the beach” to rent linens. Otherwise house was fully furnished. Bring your own beach towels but there were plenty of bath towels that you need to wash before you leave. All in all a comfortable and attractive property.

Accurately described on site, including configuratuon of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen well supplied with dishes etc. Location a little far from beach for 3 and 6 year old. Liked playground close by. Communication during stay could have been better -- e.g. no propane.

Loved the house. Needed something with bedrooms on one floor. Fit our needs very well. Owners were very responsive.We booked again for next year and would like to see some spraying for bugs. So many spiders and mosquitoes!

Perfect Beach House

Great location for families to spend time at the beach. The house is perfect If you are looking for a house that is spacious with ample room to be together or find your own space. Karen provided detailed information about the house and the check-in process. The owners attention to details was appreciated. I have a dog and the fenced in yard was ideal. The house is very clean. We would consider renting this home again.

Rehoboth visit

Happinest was a great place for our family of 6. Rented our sheets and towels so we didn’t have to wash the ones from the house. Plenty of space to spread out. Short walk to very nice beach and great restaurants. Close to TOT Lot.

Terrific South Rehoboth Retreat

This is a lovely, spacious ranch located in a quiet and well-maintained neighborhood in South Rehoboth. The house was clean and well-appointed. It has a large front patio that is very private for entertaining or just hanging outside any time of day. The owners were very responsive and pleasant to work with. All around, great rental.

Great house and location for a large family

Our family of 7 adults and 3 little kids (an infant and two toddlers) had a wonderful experience at this house and Rehobeth beach. The house looks deceptively small from the front but it has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths with an open living space so there's plenty of room to sprawl and hang out. The kitchen is well supplied with utensils and plates, and small appliances (blenders for frozen drinks, Keurig and drip coffee maker). Although we didn't grill, there's one on the lovely stone patio. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs and a new beach cart to haul our stuff. It was a lovely walk to the downtown area which our two toddlers were able to easily to do and only a mile to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and guests were friendly. The semi-circular driveway was able to easily accommodate our 3 cars and we even squeezed in a 4th car by parking two on each side (and off the sidewalk!) and one in the middle when we had unexpected visitors for the day. We would highly recommend this house because it was comfortable, well stocked, and close enough to the fun and beach for us to walk. Thank you to Karen and Rebecca for sharing their home with us!!

Roomy and lovely

Stayed in this 5-bedroom ranch with 7 people with plenty of room inside and outside to hang. House is fully equipped with all essentials, especially in the kitchen. Housekeeping did a good job upon our arrival. Neighborhood is quiet and lovely, and a short bike ride, drive or walk to the beach. Helpful to have two parking spots and one pass for the street. AC works like a dream! Privacy of the property is great. We did not bring our dog, but nice to have the option. Also, the couches have pet covers, so if you don't have a pet, they can be removed during your stay.

Family friendly vacation home.

The house was perfect for our family, especially all being on one floor. Didn't have to worry about toddlers and chairs. Supply of sand toys was great. Was a nice little walk to town. Enjoyed the Farmers Market on Tuesday!

Great Location!!!

The home was situated in a great location - 7 minutes walk to the main strip with shops and restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the beach/Funland. The property managers were very responsive and communicative. Being one of the few rental homes in the area that welcomes dogs, we found the fully fenced off areas to be a perfect space for them to enjoy the outside. The rooms were comfortable, and the master bed was better than most hotel beds I’ve been to! We enjoyed our stay and hope to come again in the future!!!

The Happy-nest

Very comfortable and cozy spot! The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. Speaking of, our dogs loved walking to the park nearby as well as a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. =) Also, the host was quickly responsive to questions we had during our stay.

Park your car and put on your sneakers

The house is located in an ideal location to easily walk to the beach and into town. It’s equipped with everything and then some. The kitchen is great to cook in. Plenty of room for more than one cook. The house has plenty of room to spread out. The fenced yard makes the patio very private. Great beach experience.

Family beach getaway

Spacious 1 story home perfect for adults, kids, and pups. Fenced yard which was much enjoyed by the whole family. Perfect location. Walking distance to beach and downtown rehoboth. Owners have excellent communication and provided great info on local festivities.

Well-equipped and kid-friendly.

This kitchen was the best-equipped of any beach rental we've experienced. Since 2 of our 6 grandkids have dietary restrictions, we were cooking all of their meals. There were enough dishes, glasses, and cutlery that we did not have to use paper plates. The living space is actually larger than we judged from the photos, and we found it a very kid-friendly environment. We would definitely rent this home again.

What a wonderful home!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our needs. We were a group of 12 and we found the house very clean when we got there. The decorations were cute and the location was ideal, 15 minutes walking distance from every major spot in Rehoboth. It was great to be equidistant from everything, from nightlife to the beach. The rooms were spacious and as lively as the pictures made them out to be. The amenities were great. Everything we had wanted were provided, and communications with the owners were always fast and accurate. We had no issues during our stay and would definitely rent this property again!!

Great home for a family or couples and pet friendly.

We rented this property for two weeks in the summer for our children and grands and our two dogs. Perfect for families, kids and dogs. Love the fenced yard and this property has a fully equipped kitchen! We returned in the fall with two other couples and our dogs and got to experience The Sea Witch Festival. Great fun. Five bedrooms and three baths!

Great Room Layout and Fenced Yard

The location is great in a quiet and safe neighborhood, 15 minute walk to the beach/boardwalk/Rehoboth Ave. Cute playground is only 5 minute walk. Easy to jump on/off Route 1. Room layout plus bathrooms are great and we loved the 1st floor living. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Lots of beach chairs, toys, carts, etc. For dog owners - the fenced patio is great, but no grass. My only complaint about the house was that the pictures show grass in the back and a well maintained patio garden - and it was just pavers, overgrown plants, and bugs. Still a nice secure yard which was important to us, but not much of a hang out spot. Overall a great rental and would recommend.

Great Space for Family of Eight

We rented this house to celebrate my mother in law’s 80th birthday. We had plenty of space and the place was very clean. Karen and Rebecca were very responsive to any questions we had. On our first night there, we had an issue with the air conditioner and they had an emergency technician sent out within an hour. Also, the place is well stocked with trash bags, dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent. This was very much appreciated with a large group. We also enjoyed the front private patio. Thank you, Karen and Rebecca for a wonderful stay!

We have owned our beloved beach house for 20+ years and have been Rehoboth Beach goers all our lives. Our goal has been to equip it and care for it as if we lived in it full-time. Keeping it maintained and comfortably furnished is important. We want our guests to feel at home.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We bought this property after many years of renting others in Rehoboth. Having stayed in many parts of Rehoboth, we particularly liked South Rehoboth. It has trees, but is not overly shady. It doesn't get any more convenient in terms of walking to all the amenities. It is ideal for a nice relaxed beach visit.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our house has some unique benefits that make it desirable over others. First, we are pretty much the only property that has been allowed to have a six foot privacy fence facing the frontage. Dinners and drinks on the patio do not endure the scrutiny of those strolling the neighborhood. Second - I believe we are also pretty much the only house that is all one level and does not require any steps to enter the property. Although not a main concern when we purchased the house, it has been a blessing as we and our family members have aged.
