Recently refreshed, our unit is designed with all the luxuries needed for a perfect beach getaway, including a convenient dedicated parking space on the 11th floor for smooth check-in. This is a strictly pet-free building, ensuring a comfortable environment for all guests.

Our beachfront penthouse is ideal for families, featuring a spacious Master Bedroom with a king-size bed, plenty of storage, a Roku TV, and an en suite bathroom. The bunk area includes new full-size beds with comfortable memory foam mattresses and an adjacent bathroom with a standing shower. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas provide ample space to gather, unwind, and enjoy stunning ocean views. With upgraded Smart TVs, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, and luxury bedding throughout, you’ll have everything you need to feel at home.

As experienced hosts with nearly a decade of short-term rental experience across multiple platforms, we’ve ensured every detail of your comfort is covered. Although we’re new to VRBO, we have more than 1,500 reviews across our listings, reflecting our commitment to delivering a 5-star experience. We’ve stocked the unit with fresh bed linens, plenty of towels, and essential toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and soap to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Your stay includes one parking pass and six wristbands, the maximum occupancy for our unit. While all one-bedroom units are limited to one parking pass, we’ve provided a dedicated parking spot for added convenience. For additional parking, a city-owned surface pay lot is located next to Laketown Wharf, just a short walk from our building. Wristbands grant full access to all resort amenities, including the beach. The Shores of Panama boasts one of the best pools in Panama City Beach, featuring a lagoon-style pool with a zero-entry splash area, a hot tub, two tiki bars, a full-service spa, an indoor pool and hot tub, and on-site water sports rentals. Seasonal beachfront and poolfront activities add fun options for the whole family.

Please note that some amenities may have limited availability in the off-season. The snack shop and pool bar, for example, generally operate from Spring Break through Fall Break. Additionally, a multi-million dollar revitalization project is underway through 2024 and 2025. While all amenities should remain accessible, there may be temporary scaffolding or limited balcony access as the building’s exterior is updated. If these changes impact your stay, we will share specific dates as they are confirmed, and pricing will reflect any changes accordingly.
