Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun and or relaxing vacation. The culinary scene for which Charleston has become so famous is just steps away. The fantastic restaurants, shopping, and nightlife of Upper King Street are close enough to walk, but far enough to not keep you up all night.

As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.
🚫 This is a 100% smoke-free property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.
🧳 Luggage Drop-Off:
We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional fees apply for this service.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:
⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

The unit looked exactly like the photos online. Everything was in great condition. Located in quiet neighborhood just slightly off the beaten path, but a short walk to Holy City bagels for breakfast, shopping on upper King or dinner at Bistroomy by Nico.

Great for Groups
The condo is very clean and well appointed. Perfect for smaller groups and provides great communal gathering areas within. Location is perfect and provides some walkability to both northern and southern parts of downtown Charleston. Would easily stay here again!

Rosemary House worked well for our Girl’s weekend. It is in a college neighborhood, close to good restaurants but a little away from the bustling downtown. Clean, comfortable and the management had great communication that made us feel taken care of. We had an issue with hot water in one bathroom and they took care of it right away.

Great location, walk to pretty much anything in the downtown/historic area. I it was clean and as advertised. Regular coffee combo with well stocked Keurig with lots of options. I would definitely stay here again. Easy parking and 2 spots. Management company quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I would want others to be aware - these are older homes and a busy area, if you need silence to sleep you need to bring earplugs or stay in a different area of town, as you will hear a lot of street noise and the unit above.
