PARKING The driveway has now been completed with asphalt and is ready for use, with parking space available for one car. The RIGHT side of the parking (facing the house) is reserved for you. Garage parking not available.
CLEANING & SAFETY Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected before every guest arrives. All linens (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels) are freshly washed. We also provide extra cleaning supplies for your peace of mind.
STAYING 3 WEEKS OR LONGER? We require a mid-stay cleaning every 3 weeks. The cleaning fee is $195

Guest Access Guests will have complete access to the main floor and second floor of the house. We believe in full privacy. Basement tenants have a separate entrance to the house (side door) and you will only share the parking space. Feel free to make the most of the available amenities, allowing for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
We will send you the complete check-in instructions 1.5 days before your check-in.
Other details to note We may visit the house during your stay for an inspection if your stay exceeds 28 days or in response to any complaints from neighbors.
Kindly make sure to leave everything as it was upon arrival. Please do not move any furniture. Garage access is not available.
During your stay, please be aware that other guests might be staying in the basement. We request that everyone keep noise levels down, but you might still hear some sounds as they can sometimes travel through the walls/floor and sometime food smell.
Although we maintain a consistent average temperature throughout the house, there may be temperature differences between floors due to natural convection currents (warm air rises and cool air falls). As a result, the basement may be somewhat cooler, while the top floor might be a bit warmer.
Please note that there are some stains on the carpet that remained even after professional cleaning, this won’t affect your comfort during the stay, but we just wanted to inform you in advance to avoid any surprises.
Guests without any profile reviews, with less than 5-star ratings or with any negative host feedback may be asked for a refundable surety deposit for their stay. This will be requested during the booking process, collected via Vrbo and returned to the guest upon departure and inspection by our cleaner assuming there have been no house rules violations or damages. We appreciate hosting respectful guests and this surety helps us maintain this.
