Fabulous View

Perfect place to stay while visiting my daughter at the University. Far enough out of town to be clean and beautiful, but close enough to everything we needed. It was nice to have the pool too!

Beautiful

The location of this property is perfect for shopping, and hiking the Sabino Canyon. The greens is a comfortable place to relax and swim in the pool. The views of the mountain from every window is breathtaking. We had a great stay.

Sabino Canyon

Great location. Very close to Sabino Canyon where we enjoyed our hikes. Also very close to almost everything in the Tucson metro area. My friends and I came to Tucson to do a half marathon and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub afterwards.

Great views!

Great neighborhood and great views off the patio. We did spend an hour or so cleaning when we arrived, but we are kinda picky! Didn’t seem like the cleaning crew put out much effort. It was great for us. Pool and hot tub are right next to the building. Easy drive to anywhere, felt very safe!

We have rented many properties over the years in various countries and have had some great experiences, but this condo tops the list for value. Clever and functional layout. Two generous bedrooms with nice bathrooms, and a third smaller bedroom. The views from the dining room and deck of the mountains are stunning. All appliances (including fridge, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, TV, wifi, vacuum cleaner, washer and drier) very good quality and large capacity. The kitchen has everything you could need in the way of dishes, glasses, sliverware, quality knives, etc. If you were looking for an excuse to go out to eat, you are out of luck. We especially appreciated all of the supplied quality cleaning products; very nice to have if you will be there for an extended stay. You can tell the unit is run by professionals. Condo and surrounding property very quiet. Yes, there are a lot of rules, but they are there to ensure everyone enjoys staying in The Greens. I am not one of those people that gives everything 5 stars. For the sake of credibility, I will point out that the tea kettle leaked and there was no butter dish, but honestly, that is all I can say that would be negative.

We discovered after we arrived, however, there was a roof replacement project on our building starting the second week of our stay. The noise and dust made it uncomfortable on the porch during the day. The rental agent said we should have had a email about the project before our rental began, but I could not locate any information in that regard.

Even when we had a couple of small concerns, they sent someone to fix the issues. The only real thing that could be addressed is the area rug in the dining area (could be cleaned or replaced). Patio furniture could be updated.

The property is advertised as newly updated, yet it does not say when. The leather couches and dining chairs and the beds are definitely broken down where you sit or lay. The kitchen and laundry facilities were good. We were there in the snow-very beautiful hills.

Such an inviting place with outstanding views!

We loved every minute of our time here. Place was tastefully decorated and had a great floor plan. Complex was clean and in a fantastic location. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. We loved the trails right outside our unit. We can’t wait to come back!
