This enchanting property features 2 bedrooms with a cozy queen bed, a fun bunk bed, with a full mattress on bottom and twin on top. With amenities like a washing machine and dryer, and WiFi, guests will feel right at home. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience. A tremendous place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back deck in a fenced in private yard. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

This house was so great! Very clean, everything we needed! The host was AMAZING! The fridge went out during our stay, and not only was the fridge replaced within 24 hours, she let us store our salmon we caught in her freezer! I would recommend this stay to everyone I know!

This was hands down one of the best properties we've stayed at. The little details around the town home (like coffee pods for the Keurig, cotton pads and q tips in the bathroom, and good quality showering amenities) really made this place stand out more. The beds were very comfortable, they had plenty of kitchen ware for all occasions, the back yard was beautifully maintained and communication with the host was so easy. Would 10000% stay here again if they have availability.

Jen was so helpful when our flights were cancelled twice. She communicated frequently during that situation. The townhouse is well equipped and came with a lovely surprise.

Great place, with great hosts

The house was clean and the hosts were great. It was in a good part of town, close to the highway so there was road noise, but everyone was able to sleep just fine. We were traveling with a 3 year old and the hosts were more than accommodating.We would definitely stay again!

Cute, Comfortable, and Convenient

Very clean townhouse with perfect homey touches. Owner (and her daughters) were wonderful and welcoming. They also put together a 3 ring binder of suggestions (food and activities) that was super helpful. Hopefully we make it back to Alaska and would 100% stay here again.

Anchorage visit

This middle unit of 3 was close to the area of Anchorage we needed to be. It is very clean and close to the grocery store etc but still quiet. There is a little road noise from the hwy but not overwhelming. We would book this again.

Being located at the end of the cul-de-sac offers a peaceful and more private setting, especially with no neighbors behind the property and a secluded yard to enjoy. This superb rental was above and beyond expectations. Jen's communication was flawless, always responding quickly. Truly everything was perfect. Super comfy bed and bedding. So so clean and well maintained. Huge TV and even a fireplace. What a surprise to see a private backyard should I have traveled with a pet. Every kitchen item you could imagine. Just extremely well put together from top to bottom. (And I'm not a friend or relative ... just a very satisfied customer.) I've referred Jen's place to family members in Anchorage should they have other company needing housing.

Everything was easy, from the coded entry to check out. Accommodations were comfy, great beds and bedding. Towels are plush and thick and extras like shampoo, conditioner and body wash were in the shower. Fridge has a great ice maker and washer and dryer are fast and efficient. Plenty of hot water for 5 of us. I thought it might be noisy by the highway but we couldn’t hear anything at night. I would highly recommend this condo. Tastefully decorated with an Alaska theme and soft green decor. The host, Jen, is a great communicator and I had all the information I needed. I will book again and recommend it to others.
