Charming 3-bedroom house in the enchanting Arrowhead Lake Community

Our Cozy Home-
-Curl up on the couch and enjoy the view outside and high ceilings with exposed beams. Pull out sofa for extra guests.
-3 bedrooms include a queen, full size & low profile bunk bed (perfect for children-150lb limit per twin). All have smart TVs, air conditioners, & bedding.
-Full Bath with towels provided.
-Kitchen-Cooking supplies, kitchen island table with seating, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, wine glasses, utensils, pots & pans, Cappuccino Machine, Crockpot, and Keurig
-Washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, & security cameras on the property
-The driveway fits 3 vehicles
-NO PETS ALLOWED.

Relax Outside
-Go out the sliding doors to the deck with seating for your morning coffee, a gas grill for BBQ or to simply sit back and enjoy the great outdoors with deer sightings. In the front yard you will find a fire pit with comfortable seating. Step off the back deck into a 5-person hot tub, featuring a lounge seat, 25 jets for maximum comfort. (HOT TUB ONLY AVAILABLE FOR USE BETWEEN APRIL & OCTOBER)

Arrowhead Lake Community Amenities include

-4 lake beaches that all have playgrounds, picnic tables, charcoal grills, boating/fishing docks & roped off swimming areas.
-Arrowhead has 3 different pools (one with a kiddie pool)
- Rental Shack offers canoes, paddleboards, bikes & sports equipment.
- Enjoy the use of the Fitness Center, Library, & Adult Billiard Room at The Lodge
-Kids game room behind the Welcome Center

MANDATORY COMMUNITY FEES (paid to Owner at least 5 days prior to arrival, ($100 late fee): transaction fee per rental $20, gate card fee $20 per car, temporary membership (age 6+) $8.50 daily, $42.50 weekly (in-season, late May-early September), $2 daily (off-season). Will request via email, guest/car info for community registration.

Arrival time 4pm & departure time is 11am
Go direct to the house. No check ins. Gate pass will be emailed to you.

Beautiful space! It was just two of us and we had more than enough room. Super cozy house with a hot tub that was great to enjoy in this chilly fall weather. Beds were comfortable, and the house was very clean! We loved that it was in a gated community, with access to the lake and the amenity center with pool tables and live music on the weekend nights! We would definitley recommend and would stay again!

Beautiful little house in the woods! It's located in a very quiet community; so quiet that deer come 3-4 feet away from the house/my car. The hot tub was great to have. There was a burn ban so the firepit coupd not be used, I did not attempt to use the gas firepit. The fireplace inside cannot be used as it needs serviced. The beds were decent size (I am 5'7", my friend is 6'3"). It's a great space to get away from reality!

Me and my family had such a wonderful stay. The property had everything we needed, it was clean, cozy, and well-kept. We loved watching the deer out back, spending time at the pool, grilling steaks, and ending the evenings by the fire and hot tub. We also had fun exploring the area, we went kayaking, mini golfing, played arcade games, and visiting both the Island and Minisink pools. Highly recommend!

What a great rental experience! From the booking until check-out, Michele excelled with communication and timely responses. Check-in was a breeze and we were fully prepared to enter this secure, gated community. Arrowhead Lake is a wonderful. The pools, lakes, beaches and other amenities were very nice and friendly. The house was exceptionally well-stocked for our stay as well. Overall, we had no complaints or concerns.

Cozy Cabin

The cabin was tidy and super cozy. They had all the amenities you would need to be away. Peaceful getaway.The hot tub was an added bonus. The only bummer was that they declared a burn ban the day we were arriving. We love sitting by an open fire. It was just unfortunate. A wonderful getaway…

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time - we stayed at Arrowhead Lake before the pools and beaches opened up, so having a hot tub (and washer/dryer) available was wonderful. Sitting on the back deck and grilling up some food really hit the spot.Clean, as advertised, and comfortable. No problem at all staying warm despite some cold and damp weather. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Great rental experience

We were really happy with this rental. It was super cute inside. The beds were comfy and it had plenty of extra blankets available, as well as all the listed amenities. The owner was super responsive to our needs. Additionally, the check in and check out processes were extremely simple. Would definitely rent here again.

Home away from home

The house was exactly as described and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The home truly felt like a home away from home. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit too cold and snowy for us to brave the hot tub, but we’re already considering visiting again during the summer! Despite the chilly weather, we had such a relaxing and enjoyable time. Will definitely be recommending this home to friends and family, and we hope to stay again in the future.
