This superbly styled home is perfect for a luxurious getaway. It`s ideal for large groups of friends & family looking for a dreamy and adventurous Hollywood vacation. It`s an excellent base for those looking to discover what the area has on offer. The house is located close to the boardwalk if you want to have a relaxing day at the beach. If the beach doesn’t suit you, relax in your private pool**. With 3 bedrooms, our property is best suited for large groups looking to kick back and relax. State-of-the-art Smart TVs in all rooms allow you to stay connected to your favorite shows. Perfect if you want to be close to the hustle and bustle of downtown Hollywood but not right in the middle of it. Comfortable, calm, and convenient. Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

*Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder`s ID for verification purposes.*

Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival.
Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.

Mandatory house rules:

1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

2. Parking is available on the street directly in front of the house

3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10pm to 9am

4. A fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.

5. Fireworks are not allowed.

6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.

PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don`t clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.
