This stunningly remodeled beachfront two bedroom is in Tower 3 on the 10th floor where you'll enjoy a breathtaking view of the white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf Coast from the wall of floor to ceiling windows and private balcony.

We just completed a full remodel update of Sandy Seahorse with new flooring, counters, bathroom, bedding and more. It features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and is the ideal location for enjoying an amazing beach town (voted 3rd best in the US) and the Emerald Coast's white sand beaches (voted one of the top 10 MUST SEE in the world).

There is plenty of living space with ample comfortable seating, a dining area, and a stylish bar. A 52" smart TV adorns the wall with HD service.

The full-size kitchen is equipped with all appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils as well as a blender, toaster, crockpot, and Keurig duo coffee pot. Also for your convenience: we provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products like tp, paper towels, and trash bags. (Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.)

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, smart TV with streaming channels, ceiling fan, clothing storage, and an ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom features a king-size bed, smart TV with streaming channels, ceiling fan, clothing storage, and access to the 2nd full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

A queen sleeper sofa has an upgraded mattress plus a cozy bunk nook offers TVs on each level plus shelving for placing your personal items. A pack 'n' play is also available for babies/toddlers. The maximum occupancy is eight people (in five beds).

Our covered balcony features seating for enjoying your morning joe or the spectacular evening sunset. Also for your convenience: a private washer/dryer, high speed fiber WiFI, beach chairs (4) and beach towels are available for guest use.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $300 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.
