Beach Getaway

7 Florida friends gathered at the condo. Bedrooms/living areas were as described with very spacious bathrooms & kitchen. It was quiet, had great A/C, and lots of beach items. The beach was lovely and there was plenty of parking. Things to be aware of: The ice maker does not work (which meant a trip to store just as we're getting settled), the west bedroom bed has no slats so box spring is resting on frame edges thus the bed is very mushy in the middle. We are cautioned not to leave glass door open but the door and side panels were so filthy we couldn't see the beach - so we cleaned them as best we could. We're Florida people. We know how quickly the salt spray can mess up windows, but a $200 cleaning fee should certainly include wiping down the primary view. There was a tiny bit of dishwashing soap - not something you usually think of packing - in a tiny bottle and no soap in the showers. There was plenty of toilet paper though, for which we were grateful!

Great Oceanfront property!

Had a great time here the past few days....in town for a wedding with all adults and this place was perfect. The complex is immaculate and quiet. The pool was great, and access to the beach was perfect The condo itself was perfect as well....Oceanfront view was beautiful and relaxing....the only thing i would recommend is some updated furnishings but everything was still very comfortable. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella were appreciated and having a place to leave everything outside was a bonus. I just wish we could have left some doors/windows open to hear those calming waves but certainly understand the issues there. This is a quiet beach area away from the craziness but it was appreciated. Mary McLeod park was beautiful to watch for dolphins and manatees, JB's down the street was great to rent kayaks, etc. Flager and Canal Streets were fun when looking for excitement....Chase's, Ciao Bella, Garlic - all great places to eat. I really enjoyed it and the weather was perfect. hated to leave and Thank You for sharing your place with us!

Don’t hesitate to book!

This place is very clean and family friendly. It had a gorgeous view and enough parking. Communication was clear as to how to enter your condo and the starter supplies were the most generous we have seen. Only minuets from the Canaveral. National Park.

Wonderful oceanfront condo

Condo was immaculate and well furnished with plenty of seating for guests and beds for larger group. Easy keyless entry. The best part: the wraparound balcony was wonderful with views of sunrise, moonrise and sunset. Great location.

Beautiful View

The view and location of the property is wonderful . The furniture had a tear and was filthy. The baseboards in the bathroom were nasty. They did offer to come clean the baseboards but we had already checked out. I assumed with all the "rules" and threats of after charges if they had to clean after us checking out that this condo would have been in pristine condition for our stay.

Property as depicted; nice view; overall a lovely stay

Our annual stay as NSB was great. Thank you for having us. Condominium is as pictured and was spacious and comfortable. Usual great views. Florida vacay was responsive to our internet issue and is our preferred management company. Condominium building next door (same complex) is being renovated but other than some of the parking lot being blocked off, there was no effect from it. The renovations of the building we stayed in (North) were already complete. Beach was in good shape after hurricane last year (some sand brought in to replace the dunes). More turtle nests than I remember. Overall a lovely stay. Thank you again for hosting us.

Great view!

Condo was even nicer than pictured. Check in was easy, parking was ample and they even have shopping carts to help you get everything upstairs. The only negative would be that you are renting from a company not a person so there were extra fees for early check in… etc but it was perfect for our trip.

Great vacation!

The property is a bit older than others nearby, but very clean well-furnished unit and had everything we needed. Great views, very nice pool, and of course easy access to the beach. Nice restaurants within just a few miles. We had a great time!

Communication with Bridget was spot on. She took care of EVERYTHING.

It was a very nice property, though older than expected. The stantions on each veranda were not very attractive, but a necessary issue for maintenance.

Perfect location beautiful views

The condo was as described With beautiful views of the ocean. The floor plan was very desirable and condo was clean. The outside could use a fresh coat of paint but inside of condo was perfect! No issues at all During stay and had a wonderful time

Spectacular views and very nice condo!

Loved our stay and our amazing ocean view! There were some kind of braces that looked like they were in place to hold up the structure that did inhibit our view a little but it wasn't too bad. Condo was beauiful, clean and confortable. Beach was awesome. Managment company was very helpful and accomodating.

1st Wedding Anniversary Trip

While there are repairs being done to the outside of the building, the condo was clean and comfortable. The view was just what I wanted. This would be a great condo for a family as we didn't use all of the rooms! The microwave was broken and a towel rack had to be repaired, but those items did not impact our stay! I would highly recommend this rental and will definitely book again!

Great Condo

Incredible views, easy access to the beach, clean and updated unit. Great end unit with a very large balcony overlooking the beach. Just a few extra things to note. Parking lot was never full and it was no trouble finding close up parking, the unit has a private small screened area, with beach chairs, boogey boards, umbrellas and general beach ware, elevator to the ground level was always a minute or two away, so not to busy, beach access is through the pool and about 2 minutes to the beach, although next to public access, this part of the beach was never crowded. Overall, a keeper. We'll stay here again.

Awesome Beach Views!

The corner unit beach views were wonderful! We had never stayed in New Smyrna before and we loved the quiet, beautiful beach. The condo unit lived up to expectations and we would definitely stay again. The only negative was packing up to go home!
