Esta gran casa es un destino perfecto para una escapada de 4 estaciones que ofrece espacio para hasta 8 personas. ¡El plano de planta es abierto y espacioso y acomodará a todos en su grupo sin esfuerzo! La sala de estar principal tiene un amplio sofá de cuero envolvente, un lugar perfecto para reunirse y relajarse después de un ajetreado día en el Valle; sin mencionar la cocina de concepto abierto que le brindará a su grupo la oportunidad de pasar tiempo de calidad juntos mientras preparan una excelente comida. El nivel principal incluye una cocina de concepto abierto, sala de estar y comedor, así como un dormitorio con una cama queen y un baño completo. El segundo nivel de la casa ofrece un dormitorio con 2 camas individuales, un dormitorio con cama queen y un área adicional para dormir con 2 camas individuales y medio baño. En el exterior, encontrará un balcón de Julieta, así como una cubierta de gran tamaño equipada con una parrilla de propano y una hoguera de buen tamaño que simplemente está pidiendo que se asen smores sobre ella. ¡5 hermosas playas están a solo minutos de distancia y Silver Lake está a solo unas millas más adelante! Location was great. House is a bit outdated and needs some minor repairs but had plenty of beds. Basement pingpong and darts were great for the teens (and heated).

It was a great stay. There was a wonderful stream that ran behind the cabin that made for an amazing peaceful sound. Only downfall was the Wi-Fi was not working. But overall great time.

The property was clean and listening to the brook outside was very relaxing. The location was excellent as it was a short drive to the Little Pea Porridge Pond which my grandson really enjoyed. It was also very close to Conway. My only complaint is we had to pick up the key and drive it back to North Conway.

It was so clean and refreshing during the hot week we had. We loved it so much we booked for 2023 when we checked out!

House is not newly remolded No smoke detectors in house went and bought one at Walmart back porch is ready to fall off the house No way to use garbage disposal Need to take trash to dump and pay $5 per bag Advertised a/c no a/c at all I. The house it was literally 84 in the house according to the thermostat this weekend Terrible key location most rentals have lock box’s or keyless lock need to drive 20 minutes to get the keys then return them on departure Definitely would not stay here again

Everything you want!

This property is a short distance to the water, has 4 bedrooms, full kitchen, floats, pool table, ping pong and foos ball. You can't go wrong here! There is also ample parking and a fire pit.

Something for Everyone

This house had something for everyone in our family. A short distance to the pond for relaxing or the game room in the basement for the kids. One thing to make this even better. We had heard that some rental homes offered kayaks and/or canoes. That would have been a great addition while at the pond.

Reviewer Comments: The Bowes property is exactly what you imagine when searching for a ski cabin; Big wood stove, cozy living room, fun basement with games, and plenty of bedrooms to accomadate the whole family! Further, the property was spotless and well maintained!During our stay, we had full access to North Conway (15mins), 4-5 ski resorts (45mins), and snowmobile trails. Needless to say, we were close to everything! We developed a great relationship with the Bowes and Select Real Estate. We had a few requests and questions regarding the house and they were more than accommodating.I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a family vacation home!

Close to everything but far enough away to be enjoyable

I think we have found our forever summer rental! We loved this place. It had the perfect location, amount of beds and amenities. The kids loved the game room downstairs, we loved the very comfortable and spacious couch. Me and my husband loved the porch right off our room. We had coffee out there every morning. The house is big enough for everyone to have their own space, while homey enough to feel together as well. We saw a deer 3 days in a row. Once in the front of the house eating shrubs, then in the back yard near the little stream and then again in the front yard. We also got to see a few turkeys hanging out across the street. The kids loved it. We have stayed in Eidelwess Village for the past 3 years and this so far has been the best house! We will be back next year and for years to come.
