El condominio está totalmente equipado para una estancia confortable. Great location on the beach and great amenities (cafe, pool bar, gym!) Super convenient to everything. The beach itself was huge and uncrowded. We had a great time!!

Sun Set Vistas Treasure Island, Florida

Our second year of staying in Sun Set Vistas - this time using Verbo was even easier. Just arrive after set time and use your code and you're in and out. We have come to realize that - that location is one of the best because your right there just down the road from Johns Pass. Late October was a perfect time of the year to stay.

The condo was filthy, when we arrived there was a pair of dirty socks on the floor in the bedroom, walls had visible dirt & dust on them. Light over the table flickered so we were unable to use it, floor going into the bedroom was soft & squishy. I called Sandcastle reality about all these issues and was told that they would TRY to send some over, which never happened!!! What a Dump!

When we arrived, the property was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. There was visible dirt on the floors with hair, dust and long hair in the bed. It did not feel like the space had been properly prepared for new guests, which made it hard to relax or feel comfortable during our stay. We received an email from the rental company accusing us of having extra guests stay there and requested us to contact them as soon as possible to resolve this matter. I emailed back letting them know it was my daughter and her friend stopped over to see us until they could check in to their hotel and still have not received a response back from them. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this rental unless significant improvements are made in both cleanliness and guest communication.

Great get-away!

Keeping the recent hurricanes in mind, changes in landscape and services are to be expected. In light of all that, Sunset Vistas appears to be returning to "normal" as quickly as they can. The main pool is open, although the heater is broken at present, but some hardy souls were swimming! The bar, as such, is not open, but drinks are available for purchase at poolside. Our condo was well-kept, and clean. We've stayed at Sunset Vistas multiple times throughout the years and have never been disappointed. We like the fact that we can walk the beach to John's Pass. Our only disappointment was that the little ice cream shop next to the resort has been closed down..... and from what I understand the present owner is not planning to reopen. :(

great stay

We have been here 3 years in a roll and its our family get away. the staff is always so nice and the amenities on property is the reason we come back every year. Due to the number of times we have stayed on property we have built friendship with people around the states and we see them every year now, so it makes it feel like home away from home. Look no further if your looking for a relaxing, quiet, and accommodating place to stay.

Great grounds, staff

Everything was great however, the unit we rented lacked bacic supplies. Unit shared area was not cleaned floors dirty, found open water bottles and garbage, coffee pot so bad we had to request another one. They did offer to clean it but we did it when we got there. Offered to return or paid cleaning fee. Still waiting for that.

Great location, great unit, fantastic experience!

This is a lovely 2 bd 2 bath unit with plenty of space and a cute little balcony that gets the morning sun. Accessing the unit was easy, parking was convenient and there is a little cafe on site as well as an adorable beach bar. Very easy access to the beach and right on Gulf Blvd to go anywhere you wsnt. It is right by the elevator which is very convenient, but earplugs are needed in the inner bedroom. Its not a negative at all, just bring them with. Highly recommend this place!!!!

Great vacation!

We had a great time, the beach is clean and close. The on site cafe and bar was awesome. Gas station and ice cream place just across the street. Easy walk to Johns pass also. Would definitely come back.

Very nice condo and location

I have stayed in many of the condo's at Sunset Vista's over the years and have always had very good experiences, hence the return visits. This condo was also a good experience as it was fairly well maintained but could have benefited with a few extra touches. Both bedrooms only had one bedside table where most have two for comfort. The same for the living room which also only had one side table. The two chairs on the deck were very worn and ripped. Other decks at Sunset Vista's had up to four chairs. The condo management company was excellent to deal with and very engaged and attentive to all my questions. I would stay there again.

Florida 2020

Property was clean, easy to find, had parking for 1 car. Elevators for easy access to the different floors. Some of the rooms in this complex were owner rented and some were rented through the hotel nightly if needed. We rented per a private party and the property was good for our purpose. The only thing I would have liked was that we had a beachfront view directly onto the beach instead of just a view from our room, where we could only see one way partly down the beach.

Nice condo complex

We enjoyed our stay! Have never been to St Pete/treasure Island and we loved the walkability and lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Staff at Sunset Vista were friendly and helpful and the pools were well maintained.

Property was beautiful, rental company not so much

Sunset Vistas was great, absolutely no complaints there. However the management company we went through was TERRIBLE. Contacted them prior to our arrival about an early check in and received no response. On the 2nd day of our stay we discovered the washer was not working. Contacted them multiple times and got a different response each time. Our stay was for 10 days and the washer was never fixed. I tried contacting the company regarding this issue and other issues with the unit and have gotten ZERO response. Will be back to Treasure Island but WILL NOT be booking with Sandcastle Realty.

Exceptional

First time to write a review on anything. It was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly. I gave them a 4 on accuracy on pool because the pool description was understated. (Great size pool) Our friends were in the front bedroom and heard the elevator continental but in the back bedroom it was not an issue. Hope to be back.

Great Stay

This was our first time using VRBO and I have to say it was well worth it. Four of us, two couples stayed here for four nights. Upon walking in the first thing I noticed is how clean the unit was, EVERYTHING was immaculate! My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom with a private bath and closet, we had a great night sleep. The only con was the spare bedroom which was very small and the elevator room is right outside the window. Unfortunately they heard it all night long.

Expensive for location of the unit. It is located right by the elevator.

The front door of this unit is located right in front of the elevator. The noise can be heard all night long. The parking space is outside, not covered. There is no cleaning service. The price was very high considering the location of the unit and the parking and the lack of cleaning services.

I love Sunset Vistas

I am local and stay here often when I have family in town. The condo is very spacious and has a good layout. The master bed was extremely conformable. I wish this unit had more beach towel and a few beach chairs. Overall experience was great.
